Safia hat von Beginn an entgegenkommend kommuniziert und uns sehr freundlich in ihrem einfachen und kleinen, aber sehr gemütlichen Studio empfangen! Es gab Kaffee und Orangensaft wie Wasser für einen guten Start in den Tag. Check-in und out waren völlig unkompliziert. Die ruhige Unterkunft bietet die besten Möglichkeiten, das Viertel zu Fuß zu erkunden und ist fantastisch gelegen. Wir sind sogar zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum gelaufen und hatten tolle Tage in Paris. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank Safia!

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. Thoroughly recommended this accommodation and location to any and all. 😃

un super logement pas trop loin du parc asterix avec une liberté de mouvement. Nous avons fait une nocturne au parc astérix et cela ne nous a déranger aucunement pour nous garer dans la cour des propriétaires. Logement paisible, calme, propre, bien organisé. This is a very convenient place for a work stay at reasonable price. It is well provided with internet and cooking facilities, in a private secure area. It is located at walking distances from various public transportation (buses, T11 etc..) that can transport you in many places in Paris and around. It is also at a walking distance from supermarkets. Finally, Haroon is an exceptional host, very friendly and always trying to help.

Logement répondant aux attentes. Nous avons loué l'appartement pour une nuit permettant a nos inviter de si reposer. Ce logement a été choisi car il presentait des équipements qui permettait aux personnes d'un certain âge d'y accéder et d'évoluer en securité. Acces rdc et douche a l'italienne ainsi que des vrai lits confortable

Très bon séjour dans le studio "le petit parisien". Le studio est extrêmement propre. L'entrée se fait de manière autonome. Paulo nous a mis plein de petits attentions que nous avons découvert à notre arrivée (jus de fruits frais, gâteaux, chocolats, thé, café, produits cosmétiques...), tout est sur place pour se se sentir bien comme dans un petit cocon. Merci Paulo pour votre accueil et vos petites attentions ! Nous recommandons vivement cet Airbnb !

Logement bien situé en ville, très facile d’accès. L’espace était propre, bien entretenu et équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Le check-in est simple et rapide, ce qui facilite l’arrivée. Le propriétaire est réactif et communique efficacement, ce qui est très appréciable. Plusieurs services pratiques sont proposés sur place, ce qui ajoute au confort général. Le quartier est calme, sans trafic aux alentours, et très bien desservi. À 2 à 5 minutes à pied, on trouve tout le nécessaire : pharmacie, petite épicerie, pizzeria, boulangerie, ainsi qu’un arrêt de bus. Une bonne option pour un séjour en ville, que ce soit pour le travail ou les loisirs

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

Super logement, très propre, hôte très disponible par message, je recommande fortement. Horaire très intéressante qui nous permet de bien profiter de l appartement et notamment du jaccuzi mis à notre disposition 😁

El apartamento era muy lindo y bien mantenido, tenía todas las comodidades ofrecidas y pudimos descansar bien durante nuestro viaje por turismo a París, la cama era cómoda, no hubo ruidos tampoco. El anfitrión siempre se comunicó amablemente y me ayudó con recomendaciones para hacer las compras. Sólo destacar que es un edificio antiguo sin ascensor por lo que puede ser difícil subir maletas de un gran tamaño por la escalera. Otra cosa que es importante mencionar, es que los alrededores del apartamento parecen ser inseguros con muchos vendedores no regularizados en la calle (de camino al metro) por lo que no nos atrevimos a salir de noche o llegar al apartamento cuando ya hubiera oscurecido. Considerar que el metro está muy cerca, pero aún así toma aproximadamente 40 minutos llegar a las atracciones turísticas del centro de París. Gracias Leo y Cédric.

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Otmane and his team were incredible. We felt very taken care of and the place was exactly like the photos. The main bed is very comfortable and the AC was perfect for the hot Summer days. Great location and a great spot to explore Paris!
