Vacation rentals with a patio in Velp

We were at the Parookaville Festival with Mico. There really is almost nothing to complain about. We felt at home, great communication, everything not just clean, but pure. Check-in and check-out were excellent. Free Wi-Fi is available. Very modern furnishings. Unfortunately, there was no oven in the kitchen. We thought that was a shame for the morning rolls. But then we got rolls from the baker. By car only a few minutes, otherwise Lidl around the corner (except Sundays). Many thanks to Mico, it was very relaxed and pleasant.

With three friends, we lived in Leon's apartment for a weekend. The location is really fantastic, right in the shopping street and everything you want next door (parking garage, supermarket, shops and restaurants). The apartment is clean, cozily furnished and has two bedrooms with nice beds. Leon received us kindly and gave good tips and clear instructions. He even had a fruit basket ready. It can be a bit noisy (people who talk on the street in the evening/at night), but Leon had earplugs ready for this. You will hear something, but we have not been bothered by this and slept wonderfully. The earplugs were not necessary. If you want a cozy weekend in Nijmegen for shopping, drinks and eating out, this is really the perfect place to stay! We enjoyed it. Thanks Leon!

We had a lovely stay at Melina & Rick's apartment! The apartment is lovely furnished, cozy and clean. The location is very quiet, although you are only a 1 minute walk from downtown! It is also only a few steps to the water, with a good way to take a nice walk! Communication with Melina & Rick was great and we got a direct response to everything!

Very nice cottage! And a nice cozy layout. Beautiful green plants in the house and a fresh forest of hyacinths on the table. We were cold when entering but the place was heated very quickly. From the cottage, you can walk into the woods to various clog paths. I would definitely recommend this cottage to others, and I would definitely book it again myself. Thanks for the hospitality and maybe see you soon!

The place was very nice, as was Xanten. A stay there is very worthwhile and I would recommend it!

Marianne was friendly and quick with her responses. The location was wonderfully quiet and green. The kitchen was well stocked with stuff.

The house is really great for up to 8 people. This is also very rare. Great location upscale amenities. All as described. Very nice contact. This was certainly not our last visit there. We were all very satisfied and we were 8 people. I'm thrilled. Absolutely recommended for a group also with children. Thanks again🫶

We had a great time in this beautiful, luxurious cottage. The bed slept fantastically! Enjoyed the sauna and bathtub. Sitting in the sun in front of the accommodation with the company of the pigs, chickens and roosters. Long walk in the adjacent forest with the dog. What we found unfortunate is that in the wellness cottage there were no bathrobes for after the sauna and no bath/shower products. I would also have found a hair dryer very pleasant. But beyond this, again, it was 100% to your satisfaction.

There were ten of us in Andrea's place and we had a wonderful time! The property is equipped with everything you need and has enough seating, bathrooms and toilets for the high number of guests. The surroundings offer a lot - whether hiking, boating, swimming or strolling through the small town. You can do a lot or just enjoy the time relaxing in the accommodation.

I cannot fault our stay. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Fantastic property, with interesting architecture. Comfy beds, big patio, inviting and secluded garden, spacious lounge. We felt very much at home, and above all, we felt welcome. This is a place we are certainly looking forward to returning to. Thank you so much, Stefan!

Nice and spacious stay. For our purpose perfect, the only downside we can think of is that the single beds were a bit on the hard side according to the children. But that's just what you're used to. Absolutely repeatable for us and highly recommended!

We had 4 wonderful days in the house. Very nicely furnished and cozy, everything you need is available. Very clean, we just felt comfortable. Super nice, friendly and smooth communication with the hosts.

We were very warmly welcomed by the owners with drinks and chocolate and got a tour of the house and helpful information about the area. Amersfoort is beautiful and within walking distance of the property with nice restaurants. We were also able to rent bikes in the village. The accommodation is centrally located for tours to Urecht, Haarlem, and the Ijsselmeer. Haus Doorn is also highly recommended. All in all a very nice vacation in a cozy house with a covered wind-protected patio, where we could have our breakfast. We would definitely recommend it !!!

We loved our stay with Werner and Friederike. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating at all times, and they even left some welcome presents for us upon arrival. The house is beautiful and artistic, every detail has been taken care of. The garden is incredible. We enjoyed our days at Werner's and Friederike's house thoroughly and we highly recommend to stay with them.

Perfect place to stay. All what can be necessary is available at the place. Very clean and nice. A lot of beautiful places around. Very kind and helpful owners. Definitely recommend.

Lovely place and a lovely host! The accommodation was very quiet and cozy and the area was nice. The kitchen is well stocked. We fell in love with the cats! Especially Kees!
