We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location is perfect—quiet yet just a short walk to the ski slopes. A great place to stay. Highly recommended!

stayed as a family (2 adults, 2 children) very comfortable stay, has everything you would want. In a quiet location but only a 5-10 min walk to amenities (supermarket, gondola lift, ski hire). Host was very responsive when we had questions.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Bansko! The property was incredibly well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Nedko was super friendly, and always available for any questions we had. He even let us to check out later than expected, which we really appreciated. As for the location, it's about a 25-minute walk to the gondola, which worked out perfectly for us. This level of hospitality, combined with the great location and comfort, made our stay so enjoyable. If you're visiting Bansko, I highly recommend staying here—it's the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service! Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped (coffee machine, microwave, fridge, oven, stove, pots, plates, and everything you need). the communication was very smooth and easy; Lilia was answering fast and patiently. The location is good, 3 minutes walk from the gondola and the view from the balcony was terrific. Very recommended...:)

This was the best value for money in Bansko there is and I have been going there for 10 years. You can easily walk into town and walk into the ski center which is 15 min walk so it was very convenient for my daughter and myself and terribly affordable. The best feature of this house is a really secluded nice front garden which is great for good weather, there is a patio, a table and a BBQ outside so great place for a meal in a Ottoman like and riad-like shared patio garden which, although shared with another flat, it feels very private. So because of this lovely romantic atmosphere with the patio outside, I would book again. The hosts were terribly helpful leading me to the place and I have no negative experiences whatsoever with this location. Btw, the place can sleep 3 people as the sofa bed was quite comfortable.

Spacious and cozy space in the heart of Devin. It has all the necessary amenities, fully equipped kitchen, wide dining and living room, clean, with wood burning fireplace, responsive host and close to good restaurants.

Extremely friendly host. Everything in the home is clean,comfortable, and comfortable! Dining establishments are nearby,no shortage of entertainment.

Gergana is the best host. she was friendly and helpful beyond our expectations. her place was well equiped clean and spacious. we only got to spend one night but we really enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back

Elka is a great host. She is very friendly and communication was great. Her place is wonderful. It is really a home away from home. The kitchen is very well equipped and the location is great. I really enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bansko.

An absolutely wonderful experience! The villa was pristine and exceptionally well-kept—easily one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. The pool was a standout feature: crystal clear, tranquil, and ideal for unwinding. The entire property looked like it belonged on a postcard. Our host was warm, helpful, and very responsive, making our stay effortless from start to finish. This place is a true treasure—perfect for a peaceful, scenic escape. We only wish we had booked more nights—definitely plan for a longer stay to fully soak it all in! Whether you’re working remotely or just looking to relax, this is the perfect spot. We’d love to return!

I personally recommend this place for future visitors. It's small neat and has all one needs. Location is great and easy to access all the places near the main Gondola station in Bansko. Yordan is very responsive and proactive for communicating with the guest. Moreover l, will help out if an issue arises. Overall, it was a great Airbnb experienceand & I'd gladly come back.

We had such an amazing stay in the apartment in Bansko will definitely be returning next year to snowboard . The apartment is cosy and comfy with everything you could need .

We rwally felt like home. It e apartment is well and fresh decorated with an ppen view of the mountains. Just 2 minutes of walking from the gondola. Karten and Iskra were igreat hosts, very responsive, very helpfull, easy ro communicate. with friendly approach . Our stay will be in Karsten's place for sure for next years vacation. 👍

We had a week stay in this real gem next to the park and downtown Bansko! New, cozy and very beautiful apartment, set up like a home, with everything you need, spotlessly clean. Super comfy mattress, beautiful and functional furniture. The view from the terrace is of Pirin, Rila and Rodopi, and welcoming the sunrise with a cup of coffee is a magical experience. Gergana is a very kind and helpful host. She had prepared fruit, milk and coffee for our stay. We have been to many places in Bansko, but this is now our favorite! Highly recommend!

We were very happy with Kal's place. It was weep kept and roomy, and had everything we needed for our stay, including extra towels, pillows and blankets. The apartment was heated when we arrived, which was really nice after a long day of traveling! He also left us cold drinks in the fridge, which wax an unexpected but much appreciated perk! Throughout our stay, Kal checked in to make sure everything was ok, and his response time when i had a question was really quick! Definitely recommended!
