The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

The western balcony offers sea views including sunsets. The suites are located on the promenade in Börgerende and directly on the sea. The bedroom offers a modern box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.10 m). The open-plan kitchen with integrated dining area is fully modernly equipped. Spa area included.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here.
