Linen / towels! Heiligenhaus is situated between Düsseldorf and Essen on the edge of the Ruhr area. By car you can reach Dusseldorf in 20 minutes. In 2011 by the newly created panorama cycle Heiligenhaus is connected to the hiking and cycling trails in the Ruhr into the Bergisches Land. Also for mechanics or fairgoers suitable.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof, Parkplätze und ein wunderschöner Spielplatz befinden sich im Umkreis von ca. 500 m. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern z. B. auf dem Neandersteig oder dem Höhenweg ein. Ein Ausflug zum Bismarkturm und Kletterpark ist sehr zu empfehlen. Langenberg liegt zwischen Essen und Wuppertal. Düsseldorf ist in ungefähr einer Autostunde zu erreichen.

We offer a beautiful apartment on the edge of the forest near the Neandersteig and the Radpanoramaweg in Heiligenhaus. The apartment is completely newly renovated. The highlight of the 60 sqm apartment is the 40 sqm roof terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day. The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-family house. 11 steps lead to the house entrance. The surrounding cities of Düsseldorf, Essen and Wuppertal can be reached by car in approx. 30 minutes.

Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

The lovingly restored Wilhelminian-style house from 1894 is centrally located in Witten, right in the heart of the Ruhr area. The main train station, the city center and numerous walking and recreational opportunities are within easy walking distance. The stylishly furnished ground-floor apartment combines the historic charm of an old building with modern living comfort and offers the perfect retreat for short vacations, business trips or extended stays.

In our house in a small cul-de-sac (insofar as the address "Hauptstrasse" is misleading), we rent a closed 2-room apartment (sleeping/living area) on the first floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors. Since 08/01/2025, the city of Essen has levied an accommodation tax of 5% and a maximum of €9 per night. This is included in the nightly rate.

The attic apartment is in a detached house in a traffic-calmed area. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. The apartment has a work area in the bedroom.
