As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. Newly-built apartment offered fully furnished and decorated for overnight guests. The apartment is located in the eastern part of Aalborg with walking distance to Aalborg University and Gigantium. Beautiful sofa arrangement with TV and associated dining table and chairs. The balcony door opens up to a lovely large balcony where views and spaciousness merge. All transport to Aalborg city center takes about 10 minutes.

New kitchen and newer bathroom, with all appliances. There is a connected living room and bedroom, a small hallway, kitchen and bathroom. The garden and terrace are private and are not part of the rental.

Nice and cozy 2 room apartment in 2 levels. There is room for two people in the bedroom. Additional there can be prepared for one more person to sleep upstairs in the living room on a folding cushion (+ 100 Dkr/night). From the apartment there is 20 min. walk to the center of Aalborg. Bus 11 and 17 is near by. There is good opportunities to shop locally.
