It extends to the back into a spacious kitchen that is perfectly equipped with kitchenware and appliances that will make you feel at home. At the back, there is a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen has a two-burner ceramic stove and a range hood, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, a refrigerator with freezer, and a washing machine. In addition, it has all the kitchenware and utensils needed to prepare meals at home. Full bathroom with shower and equipped with a hairdryer. The apartment is air-conditioned with a central system, and you can adjust the temperature to your comfort level using the Airzone vent system.

Beautiful apartment located very close to Plaza de España, very cool in summer and warm in winter as it is an old house with large walls and high ceilings. Ideal for two or three people, all rooms are very spacious and cozy. It's very quiet and fully equipped.
