You are also 45 minutes-1 hour from the first major ski resorts, 1 hour from Chamonix, 45 minutes from Annecy.

Apartment with character in a unique setting. It's located in a quiet location on the first floor of a luxury villa. Independent entrance. It offers a unique view of the forest and the swimming pool/swimming lane (heated from mid-May to mid-September) of 15x3.5 meters. It is located about a 10-minute drive to Lake Geneva's first beach, 15 km to Geneva and 30 minutes to the medieval city of Yvoire and 45 minutes to Evian. It can comfortably accommodate a couple with 1 or 2 children.

The apartment has just been redone and refurbished, it consists of a bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 (bedding changed in 2025) a bathroom with bathtub, a living room/kitchen with views of nature and the lake. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. Basic products are available so you don't have to run to the store or clutter your suitcases. You have the option to park at the house when you arrive and park 1 min walk away

We welcome you to an independent studio with a central location while offering the calm of a private cul-de-sac. Annemasse train station is very close (6 min walk) which will allow you to get to Geneva (Cornavin station) in 30min. Shops and restaurants in downtown Annemasse are also within walking distance. The studio is equipped for a self-contained stay, with TV and Wi-Fi. You can enjoy a shared garden and a private parking space.
