"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house is finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Furnished in a studio with a bedroom area (bed 160X190), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside, and the Loire castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between August 8 and 23.

The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

La Petite Bret Guest House

Welcome to La Petite Bret, a comfortable and charming house in the outbuildings of an 18th century property. You will enjoy the quietness of the countryside, just 1 km from the shops. A walk will take you to the Château de Villandry and you will enjoy many other tourist attractions offered by the UNESCO-listed Loire Valley: the famous castles, vineyards, historic districts and shopping in Tours, the Loire Valley cycling tour...

Comfortable cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed linen, blankets, duvets, towels, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a lockable high shelter, useable covered or uncovered in free access. In winter, the pool is not available. The Gîte is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbors overlooking and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Great for resting!

The accommodation, upstairs of a house, includes two bedrooms of 15 m² (double beds) with a private bathroom and toilet. Available on the same level, an equipped mezzanine: kitchenette, non-convertible sofa, table, 2 refrigerators, microwave, classic mini oven, two coffee makers (one with filters, the other with Nespresso, Dolce Gusto or Senséo capsules), kettle.
