The cabin is sheltered and gives you the feeling of being completely on your own – perfect for those who want peace, relaxation and a break from everyday life. The area offers great hiking terrain, calm waters, and great opportunities for swimming, fishing and canoeing. There is little traffic and no noise – just birdsong and rustling from the trees. At the same time, there is a short drive to the train station at Nelaug, with connection to Sørlandsbanen and Arendalsbanen.

Welcome to a modernly decorated and cozy cottage. Nice location just off the Vegår lake. The cabin is beautifully located in Killand cabin area with panoramic views over the lake. Vegår is a water rich in fish with both trout and perch. The same water also offers good bathing opportunities. For the hiking enthusiast there are good hiking opportunities in the area. In winter there is an alpine slope and nice trails in Myra center at Vegårshei 12 km from the cabin. Smoking, alcohol and pets are not allowed in the cabin. The cabin is rented for a maximum of 7 days

TV, games, toys outside (summer) and inside. Rowing boat with motor, a safe, inflatable kayak for enjoying the island-rich Nelaug lake and Nidelva (summer). 3 adult bikes, one el, one for children. Retro-cafe at Nelaug 600m, Joker 15-20' by car or 20' by local train to the Stoa shopping centre. No smoking and partying. Rules of order.

Pleasant farm stay at Vegår

The holiday home has a nice terrace where you can enjoy long days out during your stay. You will get to experience farm life close up, with the sheeps as your nearest neighbour! In the spring it is time for lambing and small cute lambs see the light for the first time. On the farm you can also visit the rabbit garden and watch the rooster with his hens walking around in the yard. It is not far from the cottage to lakes were you can go swimming during summer. The hiking opportunities are many!

Cozy simple cabin without electricity and running water with two bedrooms and loft with space for 4 mattresses. There is a solar panel, so you have light in the evening. Bedroom 1: Double bed 150 cm. Bedroom 2 Family bed, 140 cm + 90 cm. Beautiful nature with nice hiking areas just outside the door. Small ski resort (Vegårshei ski resort) 5 min. away by car in winter. We want to rent out for a minimum of 2 nights. The age limit for rent is 24 years.

Older farmhouse in scenic surroundings

Espeland oppstua is one of Vegårshei's oldest farms. We now rent out the main house to guests who want to experience farm idyll in Sørlandet. From the house there are several nice hiking opportunities in the surrounding forests and marked hiking trails. Trytkjenn with a great well-maintained swimming area is about 10 min walk from the house. Approx. 4 km to beautiful Vegår with opportunities for canoeing and fishing (fishing license required).

We rent out our half of a semi-detached house centrally located in Vegårshei. Walking distance to the city center with shops, ski resort, swimming areas, etc. Quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. Terrace with seating area. Good sun conditions, great evening sun on the porch. 4 bedrooms. 3 of the rooms with single beds and one with a double bed. TV corner for the children on the second floor. Wi-Fi.

Have fun with the whole family at this elegant place to stay. There are a total of 7 beds. One bedroom with a double bed, one with a bunk bed for 3 people + a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people. New cabin - short distance to ski slopes as well as small alpine facilities. Car charger - private berth - short distance to large water for fishing and swimming. This place has to be experienced!

Cozy family cabin with solar panel and gas. Water must be collected at the water station 50 meters from the cabin. Beautiful bathing water for summer morning and evening baths. There are also good fishing opportunities. Great hiking terrain and experiences such as giant's kettles in Nissedal, Gautefall, the zoo in Kristiansand, Trollaktiv in Evje, paddling on Nidelven are max 2 hours drive away

Cabin on the edge of the forest

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Romundstad is a lovely gem in Sørlandet. Perfect if you prefer to dive in freshwater, but only a half-hour drive from the southern coast. Here it is quiet and peaceful, with access to intense bird song and great opportunities to see deer nearby during your stay. If you want to go for a ride on the water, we have a canoe and a kayak you can borrow.
