Toys, board games, and children's books are provided if needed. In the fall, the house is well suited for hunting teams, and otherwise outdoor people who want to have some active days on the island. Vega has great hunting and fishing opportunities.

“Fiskebruk Suite” on Kirkøy in Vega

Recharge your batteries at this historic and peaceful accommodation. In the 1970s, there was a requirement that all fish farms had to have their own service building for the workers. This included the kitchen/dining area, toilet, closet, and shower. There was also an office here where the fishermen collected “notes” for the number of kilograms of fish delivered. In the “suite,” the office now functions as a bedroom. The place has been deliberately preserved in its original design. The kitchen fixtures were moved from the Handelstedet farmhouse.

Here you have a completely unique paddling area with chalk-white beaches just half an hour away. There are also good opportunities to go on fishing trips and bring in the evening's catch for dinner.

This is our regular residential house and we are away during the period.
