Was exactly how described and pictured. Diana was proactive in giving me instructions how to arrive. She was also very responsive.

Jonathan’s place was the perfect accommodation for our stay. The views were spectacular, the proximity to Old San Juan was perfect, and everything was safe and clean. We highly recommend staying here!

This condo is sooo far above and beyond what the description can express and the pictures can convey. This is obviously Julio and Larry's personal condo and it shows. The furnishings and decor are luxurious. There is nothing that is not provided: from beach chairs, beach buggy beach towels, and snorkle gear...to sundries and luxury bath linens.... to high end-kitchen appliances and anything you could want or need for preparing meals. The view, oh man, the view. The pictures cannot do it justice. Theanoramic views of the ocean, bay and mountains are just epic, and also super cool at night The hosts are super responsive and genuinely nice. I cannot wait to return. Thanks Julio!

This stay exceeded our expectations beyond belief! We had 360 views of the Condado Lagoon and the open ocean to our left. This stay was very peaceful and private, yet walking distance to Fogo De Chao Brazilian Steakhouse which has a 4 star rating on Yelp. Oceano was an amazing bar located inside Caribe Hilton along with a strip of shopping stores. Pizza Piola was our favorite local spot to get empanadas nearby. Escambron Marine Park had plenty of spots to set up a towel and Scuba Dogs along the way offers snorkeling tours! Our stay was immaculately clean, had tasteful touches, and felt like home. We especially loved having security at the entrance of the building. Rosemary, we can’t thank you enough for being so kind and accommodating. I’m counting down the days till my next visit to Puerto Rico!

Great location. Easy to find. Beautiful view from the villa and it’s a corner suite which was nice. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Scootering to OSJ was so easy and convenient. The little local restaurant nearest the villas is so yummy-“tropical souvenirs”. Easy to communicate with hosts. 15min from airport. Everything was great! Would totally stay again.

Large clean condo in a good central location. Concierge on site and building check in process is efficient and offers good safety measures. Old San Juan is about a 5-10 minute Uber ride depending on traffic conditions. Beautiful beach with plenty of sun and shade that's about a 5-10 minute walk away. Condo has two beach chairs & towels for use, or you can rent at beach. The main bedroom is large with an ultra-comfortable bed. Unit has central air, and building has a backup generator. (we arrived same day as island blackout so having a generator was a huge plus). Dahiana provides very clear and thorough instructions along with a list of restaurants, places of interest etc.

everything was so close ubers had no problem finding the pick up spot it was so clean and the view was beautiful jonathan gabe is daily lists of things we should check out had such and amazing time definitely would stay again

Totally great place when I found it my flight was delayed so arrived at 1 am it was very dark not helped by taxi drivers dropping me at Hilton hotel which thankfully the reception was helpful and pointed me in right direction it was very close to hotel so good landmark for taxis etc once inside the apartment was great totally 5* and above Loved the location and apartment!!! The host although on holiday himself always was available and came back very quickly again 5 star I would definitely stay again totally recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Grace's place. The place had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. The beach was private, beautiful, and relaxing. The location is a good spot if you are exploring sites on both sides of the island. We would definitely stay there again!

Angels is amazing host we love his place and have been there several times and will always come back as long as he has availability. place is Immaculate,area is beautiful thank you Angel for your space. It’s beautiful. I feel right at home. 1 out of 10 he gets 100 percent satisfaction

It was an amazing apartment with beautiful views of San Juan. We had a lovely time and look forward to visiting this Airbnb again very soon.

View was beautiful, building felt very safe. Facilities were clean and check in and check out was easy. Had a speed bump with the room not being well cleaned by the previous tenant but the team rectified the problem quickly. Appreciated their diligence here. One reviewer noted the windows don't have window treatments and hard agree, be sure to bring a sleep mask or be able to sleep with street lights on.

Very accommodating. I left some beach necessities such as beach toys and beach blanket for future guest to enjoy.

Place was located just the right distance from old San Juan and the nearby beach. Building is very secure and has a 24x7 staffed front desk and underground parking. Apartment has a great view of the ocean. Immaculately clean and comfortable!

It was a beautiful place. Well kept the view was beautiful. Everything was exactly on what was explained on the Airbnb website we couldn’t ask for anything more. The host was wonderful Miguel we will return most likely with the rest of our family or other couples.

We had a short stay but we loved it. Very clean space and the attention to details like the little chocolate on the bed and the AC on right when you walk in! Location was great with lots to do in the area. Orlando gave us spectacular treatment he was very responsive and welcoming and made sure we felt right at home. Would definitely book with him again on a returning trip !

Felt right at home, home looks just like the pictures. First trip after almost 20 years, for a family of 7. I would definitely recommend families to stay here.
