Best place in Cuba. The whole house is air conditioned and the air works even when there is no electricity because they have a power plant. Eduardo helped me with everything, he even let me a SIM card to be able to communicate when in Cuba. The lady that helps with the cleaning helped us wash our clothes and she was so nice. Great Casa particular. Can’t say enough good things. Book it. You won’t regret it. Thank you Eduardo for everything.

The lights went out and the power plant was not working but they were responsive and aware of our needs during our stay.

It's an incredibly spectacular house. Large comfortable room with its own bathroom and total privacy. Ideal to share with friends and have a good time in the large patio that has a pool. A 10 for cleanliness and comfort!

It was a wonderful, memorable stay. We will be sharing this listing with many more people. Visiting Cuba can be tricky with travel arrangements, cell service, etc. Lexa was a kind and responsive host who cared for our needs. We wouldn't think about booking any other space.

It is completely recommended because we had a great stay with ease of cooking utensils, cozy patio with pool to cool the heat, clean and pleasant. The very helpful and friendly house staff who help you in everything you need.

Due to heavy thunderstorms the WiFi went down on the first night, but you can’t control nature. I thought it was a blessing in disguise. We managed to enjoy the house so much more and each other’s company. The staff was amazing. The staff had coffee ready for us in the am before we could even request it. The pool is a very nice touch. The security guard at night helps give no second thoughts, even tho Havana is a very safe city. Would certainly go back. Enjoyed our entire stay!

If you want to immerse yourself in Cuban culture in a very comfortable environment then Marcos' place will delight you! Not to mention the cuisine offered: delicious! Thanks to him and his family! A PERFECT stay!

Our stay was wonderful, the staff is friendly and very helpful in many ways. Any concerns about where to go or calling for taxis the employees provided those connections without fail. The main caretaker Alain speaks good English and that as a person that speaks terrible Spanish was very helpful for me. I definitely recommend this apartment and it’s decorated with beautiful paintings and other classic art figurines.

I've stayed in some amazing homes around the globe, but this one rises to the top. Havana has a permanent place in my heart; this is my 3rd time to Cuba. I fell in love with Carlos' place after reading his story & recognizing the passion that went into the renovation of the place. It is gorgeous. The pictures do it justice but it's even better in person. Janio supported us throughout our stay. He deserves an award because we ran into several issues (unrelated to the casa) that he did not cause, but he got us out of them anyway. Every idea or desire we had, he knew how to find it. And Gloria. Seriously. It's the place, but it's also the people that make this a magical experience. Gloria cooks the most amazing traditional Cuban foods in her gorgeous kitchen just steps from the property, and you leave with a happy stomach & the warmth of genuine love. The world needs more Glorias & Janios. I will return as many times as I can, and cannot wait to return to mi familia Cubana. Gracias!

I can't find the words to describe how WONDERFUL my stay with Hope was. I will 💕 definitely return. The location is perfect to visit many things walking, their recommendations were the best, their indescribable warmth, the safety of the house is very good, the breakfast super delicious, I recommend yes or IF their rooms for rent. I leave with my heart full of meeting such wonderful people, Esperanza made us feel more than at home, I really appreciate every attention.

I was staying for 17 days with the family impeccable attention. Lovely people. The expectacular house with all the amenities central and with supermarkets. Restaurants. Nearby. Our stay was amazing. Everyone went above and beyond for our family and were quick to respond to every message and request whether on line or in person. Everything and everyone were so great and helpful. We all loved the breakfast offered in the house. Odess helped coordinate a day trip to Varadero for us and taxis whenever we needed. The girls who work in the house are equally as incredible. We had the most perfect time and will definitely be returning soon.

This place is beautiful. You feel welcome and very comfortable. We ordered breakfast in the morning for about 6-7 euros. The two ladies were very attentive and helpful. In the evening, a night porter comes to keep watch. You therefore have the feeling that there is always someone there if you have any questions. Special thanks to Fernando. It's the best. Available 24/7 via WhatsApp, every request is resolved. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for everything.

Margarita's house is one of the most beautiful homes I've stayed in. The pictures don't actually do it justice. The back yard is very large and lush, full of fruit trees and song birds. The pool was a great place to spend the afternoon. The home has everything you might need. Margarita was very quick to answer any questions that we had. Niurka and Nieve, the sisters who cook breakfast and clean up, are so wonderful. We are gluten free and our daughter is also vegetarian. They provided great breakfasts full of fruit, cheese and eggs any way you want them. They could not, obviously, provide gluten free bread. However, we brought our own pancake mix and they became experts very quickly. We also asked them to prepare us some meals, which were delicious. The cost is similar to what you'd pay in a restaurant, but we had so much that we had leftovers for the next evening (and then some). A great chance to have some tasty Cuban cuisine. The house is in a small neighbourhood right across from the fortifications. If you want to get over to the other side of the harbour, you'll need a taxi (about 10 cuc). It's very peaceful. I really can't say enough about this place!

Amazing place to stay! A little far away from old havana so taxi's started to add up. But it is in a very safe place! There are restaurant that are not expensive within walking distance. There is also night clubs that are close to the house if you want to go out at night. Their back yard is AMAZING! Definitely take advantage and go in the back and smoke or drink. Also take her up on her breakfast! She is an awesome cook it's definitely worth a try! I would highly recommend this house!

Maria and Raoul are great people. They toured us around the area showing us all the amenities and places of entertainment. We enjoyed their company and generosity.

We had an exceptional stay with family (5) in this space that is conveniently located in the heart of Old Havana. The location is perfect: in a quiet alley of a lively area, with magnificent views from the balcony and especially an incredible rooftop terrace! A stone's throw away, excellent restaurants complete the picture. The rooms are all air-conditioned, clean, with their own bathroom and the beds are comfortable. The listing is true to the photos, without any unpleasant surprises. A huge thank you to Leonor, our co-host, for her availability, kindness and invaluable help throughout the stay. The breakfast offered for an extra charge is nice, and the exchange rate is quite correct, much more secure than in town. Big thanks for everything! I would definitely recommend this property.

Had a great stay. Great neighborhood near the Malecón and some great restaurants nearby. Decor was basic but did the job. One of the bathrooms didn’t have hot water in the shower but the other one did. To be fair, we didn’t contact the host about it because we weren’t there long so it may have been fixed. Christina (the one who checked us in) was awesome and very helpful. The BEST PART was the very fast wifi that came with the apartment. It wasn’t a mobile hotspot so we didn’t have service outside of the apartment, but it was like having home wifi and the fastest I had in my whole stay in the country with no worry about GBs that I was aware of. HUGE PLUS!

My second stay at Benjamin's house. Excellent as always. The house is beautiful and in a very exclusive neighborhood. The staff is lovely, helpful, and accommodating.
