There are four 90x200m mattresses in the attic. Fast and free wifi and TV are available for guests. Great place for families with kids. Sauna is for additional fees. There's Lielvārde Park nearby. There is a Daugava in a few minutes walking distance. Pets, parties, and smoking are not allowed at the property.

Directly opposite the house in the Daugava are islands with untouched natural habitats and a variety of waterfowl. The holiday home has a terrace area with a beautiful view of the river. For an additional fee, you can enjoy a sauna or jacuzzi, as well as use water or land active recreation equipment. Pedal boats, e-water boards (efoil), a boat, sup, Vespa scooters and electric bicycles are available.
