Levon’s place was so lovely! What a beautiful spot and very comfortable and well put together for our family of 7. The host was very responsive to our needs and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - providing extra blankets as needed, as well as setting up a fire pit and sharing fruit from his orchard! What hospitality. Don’t expect to do excessive cooking as the kitchen is quite small but everything was sufficient. Lovely village in the Areni wine region - would stay here again.

Vermieter ist absolut freundlich und zuverlässig. Das Haus ist sehr sauber mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und half uns, Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Wir verließen das Haus nur ungern, da die Aussicht so schön war. Ich empfehle dieses Haus zu 100% für Ihren Aufenthalt.

Красивый деревянный коттедж в 10 минутах от центра города. Вид на горы с балкона и кресло качалка очень понравились. В целом все удобно, чисто и красиво. Хозяева внимательные и отзывчивые. Небольшой минус - очень слышно соседей за стеной. Но если погода хорошая и можно гулять, то этого даже не заметишь.
