Modern accommodation with 6 beds divided into 3 rooms. about 50 meters to the lake with the possibility for swimming & fishing. Wood-fired sauna in a separate building on the property. In summer, there is the possibility of a sauna raft, rowing boat, swimming beach, bicycles about 20 minutes to Boden, 30 minutes to Luleå, 50 minutes to Piteå We also have a simpler forest cabin next to a pond where you can hike or hike up our mountain with beautiful views.

The house is located on Hällbacken in Luleå's new residential area, close to nature with nice exercise trails, 1 km to the beach. There is sleeping space for 4 people, double bed (140) and mattresses in the loft. Parking space in front of the house.

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as a host family, live in the main building on the same property and often spend time out in the yard. A nice dog also moves freely on the property. If you have any questions or requests, we are happy to help.

Room with two beds in house

Room in my house with two beds, shared kitchen toilet and shower. I might be home, or not. Dog is living in the house, don't be allergic. She's really the best dog there is, very kind, makes no fuzz. If I'm not home, neither is dog. You have to weigh less that 100 kg due to wall mounted toilet. It WILL break otherwise.
