Delightful farmhouse 10 minutes from Linköping

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Just 10 minutes' drive from Linköping city center. The house is about 65 sqm and newly built but with a genuine country style. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with most of what you need. A small but smart bathroom with toilet, shower and towel dryer. Laundry room with dryer. Spacious bedroom with double bed as well as a sofa bed in the TV room. Here you live with the forest close by and two nature reserves with lots of hiking trails and bird lakes nearby.

Grankvistgården (Farmhouse)

Now you have the opportunity to stay in our farmhouse at Grankvistgården from the 18th century in the middle of central Vimmerby. Access to a wonderful large garden with a gazebo and parking in the yard. Here you live centrally but individually and are close to both shops, restaurants and Astrid Lindgrens World. The house is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children as well as a small child as there is a crib. Alternatively 4 adults. Sleeps and towels are not included. The tenant cleans before check-out.

It is part of an old Swedish farm on a 10-hectare estate located between the lakes Rummelsrum and Hyttegöl. History: Our farm was built early 1900 by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 man small cottage so then used as a small farmhouse, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now a storage room and grain warehouse. In the early 1980s it was converted into a residence, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy large garden, cozy cozy cottage only 80 meters from the shore.

Welcome to rent our farmhouse. The accommodation is located very centrally with proximity to Fiskarehamnen, restaurants, shopping and Stadsparken. The house is located on a cozy courtyard with patio and private entrance. The kitchen is equipped for 4 people. Bedroom with 2 single beds and sofa bed in living room for 2 people. Other things TO note: Bedlinen and towels are included. Guests are responsible for their cleaning upon departure.

Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome.

This comfortable accommodation is in a separate house with its own entrance. The house itself is built in the traditional Swedish style: timber, red and white. It is neighbouring the host’s villa and has a lovely garden with a little stream crossing the lawn. It sits in a picturesque central corner of the village Kisa, with services and culture within 5 minutes walking, and still in the middle of wild forests.
