If you want to live in a rural and quiet area about 17 km from Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World, then you have found the right place. On the property, there is a trampoline and playground with a slide for the children. You live in the middle of Astrid Lindgren's fairy tales. 5 km to Emil's Katthult and Bullerbyn is about 10 km from the house. Plenty of lakes to swim in if the weather allows.

Both kitchen and bathroom/laundry room renovated in 2021 and wood-burning stove installed in 2022.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. You live in the middle of the Småland landscape with lovely nature and nice walking paths. The Södra Bråta Nature Reserve is just a couple of kilometers towards Svinhult. It takes 15 minutes by car to Katthult. It takes 3 minutes by car to Lake Gnöstasjön. You can swim here. Fishing permits are available for purchase. More lakes are available in the surrounding areas.

Along Gamlebyviken you will find this gem. Bring the whole family to this place and enjoy Västervik's nice city and surroundings. The city center and several nice swimming areas are within walking distance of the residence. Our cat SIRI is included in the booking. Needs some supervision in the form of food & water Want to rent out on a weekly basis.
