Beläget 30 km söder om Visby. 3 km norr om Klintehamn i Sanda. 300 meter till Björhaga badstrand som ligger på andra sidan vägen. Cykel o gångbana finns. Parstuga med 2 lägenheter på vardera 35 kvm med ett gemensamt uterum på ca 20 kvm. Varje del med eget kök och dusch/toa. Totalt 10 bäddar. Vardagsrum med bäddsoffa, sovrum med våningssäng och enkelsäng. Sovrummen avskiljs med ett draperi. WiFii finns. Stugan har insynsskyddad tomt med trädgårdsmöbler och grill samt klätterställning och sandlåda

Nyrenoverat hus (ca 2km norr om Klintehamn) som under 2022/2023 helrenoverats där exempelvis övervåningen isolerats, helt nytt badrum har byggts och samtliga ytor i köket har målats om/behandlats. Två separata sovrum finns, men ytterligare dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa finns också tillgängligt. Huset ligger endast 5 min promenad från Björkhaga strand, 10 min med bil från välkända Tofta Strand och 30 min med bil till Visby. 250419: Sovrum 3 har numera familjesäng (120+80-sängar), bild ska uppdateras

Välkommen att hyra en arkitektritad stuga med hög standard och stor terass i söderläge. Stugan ligger 250 meter från Sandvikens sandstrand. På Östergarnslandet finns gårdsbutiker, restauranger, caféer och vandringsleder. Boendet Stugan är 56m2 med kök och vardagsrum i öppen planlösning. Runt hela stugan löper ett generöst trädäck med flera sittplatser. Det finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, sovloft med två enkelsängar och vardagsrum med bäddsoffa. Köket är fullt utrustat badrummet har dusch.

Kalkstensflygel bland rosor och jasmin

"Annexet" är ett charmigt boende i två plan som har det mesta man behöver för en avkopplande semester. Från allrummet stiger man direkt ut i den lummiga trädgården med rosor, jasmin, lavendel mm. Frukost i det gröna med fågelkvitter, grillkvällar i solnedgången eller bara sitta under den stora kastanjen med en bra bok. Kommer en regnskur finns ett "växthustak" att kura under. Eller varför inte spela boule på banan som finns där? Lockar bad, så är det nära till ett pärlband av sandstränder.

Mormors Brygghus Unikt boende i historisk byggnad

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Brygghuset är ett boende i två plan för en avkopplande semester. Du bor i en lantlig idyll med skogen runt hörnet. Här gjorde mormor dricku = Gotländsk mjöd, tvättade kläder och här slungades honung, förvarades potatis och grönsaker och mat för vinterns behov. Boendet har en specialtrappa till andra våningen. Du kopplar verkligen av i detta boende. Vi har odling av grönsaker och har loppisförsäljning då och då.

Stor uteplats, 5 bäddar samt tillgång till extra madrass. Bastu ingår och husdjur är välkomna och kan springa lösa i den stora inhägnade trädgården. Fantastiskt fint boende under midsommarfirande för 8 st, vi är toppennöjda!

Very friendly and kind hosts in a nice part of Tofta - close enough to the busy areas but far enough away to be quiet (10 min cycle). A nice little beach just 200m away and the golf course is 5 mins up the road if you wanted to combine your trip. Also a great bakery 5 min walk away (the best in the area). The accommodation has everything you need, would highly recommend to explore the local area.

Ich war für mehrere Nächte in dieser Wohnung und habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check in war auch ohne Anwesenheit des Besitzers klar und einfach, auch die Wegbeschreibung klappte prima. Die Wohnung entsprach absolut der Beschreibung und hatte ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die kleinen Schmutzreste vom Vormieter waren schnell beseitigt und es war trotz Einfachheit sehr gemütlich. Von hier konnte ich gut viele Tagesausflüge unternehmen. Danke Aiven für die angenehme Unterkunft. Viele Grüße Petra

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Adams Haus, es liegt sehr ruhig und fussläufig vom Strand entfernt! Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig, man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause, es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so wie wir es nur selten erlebt haben. Die Kommunikation mit Adam war perfekt, der Tip mit Hotel J in Stockholm war super! Danke für alles, lieber Adam!

Un logement typique sur l'ile. Nous avons tout aimé. Le logement est décoré avec goût. Felix est facilement joignable et très serviable. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions comme l'eau et les oeufs laissés dans le frigo. Je vous recommande vraiment ce logement.
