Welcome to rent an architect-designed cottage with high standards and large terrace facing south. The cottage is located 250 meters from Sandviken sandy beach. In Östergarnslandet there are farm shops, restaurants, cafes and hiking trails. The accommodation The cottage is 56m2 with open plan kitchen and living room. Around the whole cottage runs a generous wooden deck with several seats. There is one double bedroom, sleeping loft with two single beds and living room with double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped the bathroom has a shower.

Located 30 km south of Visby. 3 km north of Klintehamn in Sanda. 300 meters to Björhaga beach which is across the road. There is a bike and a walkway. Parstuga with 2 apartments on each 35 sqm with a common outdoor room of about 20 sqm. Each part with own kitchen and shower/toilet. A total of 10 beds. Living room with sofa bed, bedroom with bunk bed and single bed. The bedrooms are separated by a drapery. WiFi is available. The cottage has a secluded plot with garden furniture and grill as well as climbing frame and sandbox

Nyrenoverat hus (ca 2km norr om Klintehamn) som under 2022/2023 helrenoverats där exempelvis övervåningen isolerats, helt nytt badrum har byggts och samtliga ytor i köket har målats om/behandlats. Två separata sovrum finns, men ytterligare dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa finns också tillgängligt. Huset ligger endast 5 min promenad från Björkhaga strand, 10 min med bil från välkända Tofta Strand och 30 min med bil till Visby. 250419: Sovrum 3 har numera familjesäng (120+80-sängar), bild ska uppdateras

Grandma's Brygghus Unique Home in Historic Building

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Brygghuset is a two floor accommodation for a relaxing getaway. You live in a rural idyll with the forest around the corner. Here grandmother dricku = Gotland mead, washed clothes and here honey was thrown, potatoes and vegetables and food were stored for winter's needs. The property has a special staircase to the second floor. You really relax in this house. We have vegetable growing and have flea market every now and then.

Apartment on the upper floor of the grand building. 1 room and kitchen. Bathroom with shower and WC. Balcony in south facing with little sea view,seeing a bit of Stora Karlsö. Nice to have breakfast on the balcony and also sit there at night. Umbrella is there. Also balcony facing west facing which is nice in the afternoon and evening with view over the garden. Quiet and nature close by.

Sleeping loft with 160 bed. Quiet location with amazing views over the sea and Brissund. Terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. 20 minute walk to a nice beach next to Brissund's fishing village.
