Welcome to rent an architect-designed cottage with high standards and large terrace facing south. The cottage is located 250 meters from Sandviken sandy beach. In Östergarnslandet there are farm shops, restaurants, cafes and hiking trails. The accommodation The cottage is 56m2 with open plan kitchen and living room. Around the whole cottage runs a generous wooden deck with several seats. There is one double bedroom, sleeping loft with two single beds and living room with double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped the bathroom has a shower.

Parstuga with 2 apartments on each 35 sqm with a common outdoor room of about 20 sqm. Each part with own kitchen and shower/toilet. A total of 10 beds. Living room with sofa bed, bedroom with bunk bed and single bed. The bedrooms are separated by a drapery. WiFi is available. The cottage has a secluded plot with garden furniture and grill as well as climbing frame and sandbox

The "Annex" is a charming accommodation on two floors that has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. From the living room you step directly out into the lush garden with roses, jasmine, lavender, etc. Breakfast in the green with birds chirping, barbecue evenings at sunset or just sit under the large chestnut with a good book. If there is a rain shower, there is a "greenhouse" to curl under. Or why not play boule on the track that's there? Attracts swimming, so it's close to a pearl band of sandy beaches.

Here grandmother dricku = Gotland mead, washed clothes and here honey was thrown, potatoes and vegetables and food were stored for winter's needs. The property has a special staircase to the second floor. You really relax in this house. We have vegetable growing and have flea market every now and then.
