På övre plan finns två sovrum med 6 sovplatser. - Tillgång till bastu finns i ett intilliggande hus, inklusive dusch och toalett. I huset finns också en bäddsoffa som rymmer två gäster. - Badstrand i närheten. - Närmaste matvarubutik finns i Bygdsiljum, 8 km bort - Närhet till slalombacke, 8 km.

Välkommen att bo i en privat del i ena halvan av en nybyggd enplansvilla med egen entré. Huset ligger i ett barnvänligt villakvarter nära naturen, ca 10-15 minuter med bil från Skellefteå centrum. Jag & mina två söner bor i andra delen av villan. Närmsta busshållplats ca 800m. Mataffär, pizzeria, gym, utebad, apotek ca 2km
