Great house. Beautiful and cozy. We went to 16 people and accommodated everyone. We love the site and the animals. We made our Christmas Supper on the back of the house and it was amazing. The only problem we had was that on the first day we ran out of light because it had a wind and a tree fell on the wire, but it didn't bother us at all. We played family fun and it was great.

I had a great experience at Granja, a simple house but with everything you need, very comfortable. The place is beautiful and the pool area with games hall is a delight to enjoy the day, my son is my little nephew liked it a lot. Isabel always requests by answering my doubts and the homemade Celso very kind. Voltaria for sure!

Super recommend, house equal to the photos, super comfortable, complete, clean, spacious, cozy, complete, close to the center 5 minutes walk, quick service and easy access.

Eduardo welcomed us at the last minute after a bad check-in experience at another stay! He was exceptional with our family, sent his employee to clean the pool early the next day, gifting us with free-range eggs and a delicious cheese! The house was clean, the kitchen was super complete and, not to mention, the comfort and peace of the place. Also, on our last day, Fagner (who helps Eduardo with the demands of the house) took us on a super tour of the city, taking us to an apiary, plantations and all the best places! Now, without a doubt, it was the best stay we've had in our lives! Thank you very much, Eduardo! You are undoubtedly unique, helpful and a very good person! We'll see you next time.

The house is in a great neighborhood, quiet and close to the center. The space is very nice, cozy and well equipped. We found everything very well maintained and clean. The hostess is very kind and the contact with her flows very well. We hope to return!

Great place to rest, in a condominium in the middle of a forest where you can even see wild animals. Local 5min from the center by car, where is the indoor Street and the Pie Street. Lugar corresponds to the photos, with pool and lake for fishing in the condominium. Me and my family love it!!! The only caveat is that the rooms are on the second floor with access on a staircase in a snail that makes it impossible for older people and with mobility difficulties, the rest was great!!!

Excellent locality, close to the center and at the same time very quiet and quiet place. Utensils in general very well organized and easy to access/location. The stay was excellent! The house is very nice, spacious and very well equipped. Regina (professional appointed by Yasmin and who assisted us with the food) is very kind and competent. Communication with Yasmin was also another highlight. She is very attentive and is always available to assist and inform. Note 10!

Dona Aparecida is extremely attentive and caring, and Mr. Luís is of incomparable friendliness and helpfulness. What a wonderful experience! If you're looking for a place to relax and disconnect from worries, this house is simply magnificent, a true haven. Oh, be sure to try the tilapia produced right there, it's sensational and worth every recommendation!

Excellent stay!! Ilara, the house, the location, everything was WONDERFUL!!! A tranquility, a peace, it was our first time in Miguel Pereira and we are in love lol and certainly Ilara's accommodation contributed to this, she is very attentive and responded quickly, did everything to facilitate the arrival easier, she even made a video. The house has all the utensils for those who want to cook. We felt safe in the house, in the neighborhood, we went out at night without problems. We already want to go back!!!

I really enjoyed staying at the house! The pool is great, and the house welcomed us very well. The outdoor area is very nice, plenty of space and privacy for my dogs to play, I was able to relax without fear of them running away or another animal appearing. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to spend more time enjoying the pool, but the fondue kit combined with the unexpected chill saved our night. I hope to be able to return more often ❤️

Two detachable stitches are mainly the location, you can move on foot to the center in 5 minutes is there and the space is there, comfortably accommodates 4 guests despite the small bathroom but nothing else that is very broadly clean and organized, another highlight is the tranquility that even with the proximity of the center is very sustained, Rosana is very friendly and has always been available to assist in what you need, there were only a few shortages of items of convenience as in the listing there was only 1 ventilator and the lack of the saduicha but promptly sanitized by Rosana only the tv that is a projection and space in the rear could not connect any equipment per hdmi and even so it would not be possible to call because a little after time on the project turned off by itself, in short, a tv even of 32" would be more effective, are situations that do not collapse the accommodation and which can be quickly resolved, it is approved, recommending, would come back more times and for the stay.

Wonderful house! Host, respond promptly, left the contact of the homemaker Mr. Lauro - which is very attentive and also responds quickly - to hand over the keys and show the house. She also showed us the route to get there, as well as tips from restaurants and markets, house utensils, etc. The very well-equipped house is excellently located in the Center and we were able to do various activities on foot. Aconchegante, great to go with family and children because it has a special attraction: swimming pool. There are fans in a lot of people. We used the space of the barbecue (Cláudia indicated a person who delivers coal, but we bought a BBQ kit in RJ and took it, not being necessary to buy in Miguel Pereira). There were no complications during the period we hosted. The checkout went smoothly. Highly recommend this home. We can repeat this hosting quietly if we return. Show!

Angelica was amazing, as were dear Dona Rosa and Mr. José. A stay to remember! We were made to feel very welcome, treated like family, always with great kindness and affection. I miss everyone and the friendships we made very much. I can't wait to go back. Coqueiros is beautiful, a lost paradise. The stay was very good. Thiago was available to assist with whatever was needed. The only point that was not very good was the shower, which was very hot. Other than that, the atmosphere is pleasant and the place is very quiet.
