Laura_Sea view Apartment_2 is a part of LAURA house-complex which includes totaly three accommodations for rent. It is located between Lygia and Katouna village in a beautiful and peaceful place that offers a great view of the sea. In a small distance you can have access to mini markets, bakery, greek taverns etc. Lefkada town is about 5km away (5 min by car).The house offers self-catering accommodation. Also, the guests can have access to a shared swimming pool of 50 s.m. at the house complex.

Request Type : Property Description Within 900 metres, guests can reach Ponti Beach BY SHORT CUT (140 stairs)10 minutes by foot or by car in 1 minute as tavernas and mini market too.People with mobility problems i don't recommend AS THE HOUSE HAS MANY STAIRS and uphill spots.Bus stop connecting to Lefkada Town at 38 km.Free private parking is available inside of the proberty but the point is quite uphill and narrow otherwise it can be parked on the side of the street its very safe and easy.

Kipseli Villa, in Vassiliki!

Villa Kipseli is a brand new construction of 50sqm and it is comprised of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, leading directly to the outdoor area where our guests will find a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, an outdoor dining table, and sunbeds for lounging. This villa accommodates 2 adults and also 2 children as there is a sofa which can convert into a bed which sleeps 2. In the living room there is a 43' smart TV.

The Paternal

"Patriko" is a traditional 19th century stone house in Katochori, Lefkada, next to the village's central square. The settlement is just ten minutes from the bustling Nydri, twenty minutes from the coastal settlements of Sivota, Vasiliki and about half an hour from the town of Lefkada. The accommodation is ideal for those seeking a quiet vacation in an authentically traditional landscape, while at the same time providing easy access to the famous beaches.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It has a kitchen with all necessary equipment, 3 bedrooms (two with double bed and one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathroom is located in the room with two single beds. Every bedroom has A/C and private balcony. There is no elevator in building and the windows have darkening curtains. There is not shutter. The apartment belongs to a Guesthouse called Villa Angela.

Zum Strand von Vassiliki, zum nächsten Supermarkt und zu einigen kleinen Tavernen sind es zu Fuß 15 Minuten.
