What can I say, from the photos it already seemed like a very nice accommodation, but then the reality exceeded all expectations. An accommodation surrounded by greenery, in a very quiet area, so sleep is guaranteed. Although it is not in the center, it is very close to Senigallia, and the Conero Riviera and various towns/attractions in the area are also easily accessible. The place is an oasis for those seeking peace, even my parents were delighted. Clean and very well-kept apartment, beautiful outdoor garden, where you are greeted by many beautiful animals. Giulia and Priscilla were very welcoming, helpful and are special people and gave us many ideas for our vacation, recommending beautiful places. Last but not least, we had the opportunity to try their home restaurant... food and service that are hard to find in a restaurant! Fresh fish, homemade pasta, vegetables from the garden... We couldn't have asked for more. 😊 Thank you ☀️

A very nice and carefully renovated house near Senigallia. Beautiful garden with olive trees, Oleander and rosemary. The pool area is separated from the rest of the garden by a wall and is not visible from there. However, it is protected from the wind through the wall, which we liked. The bedrooms are simply but nicely furnished and the bathrooms are all very attractively planned. The kitchen on the ground floor is really nice. Here we regularly cooked together. It was a pity here that unfortunately 2 gas flames did not stop properly. The kitchen appliances (coffee maker and kettle) are outdated and could be renewed. The rest was really nice! We had some problem with the hot water and could only use 2 of the 3 showers in the meantime. Also the Wi-Fi is not available throughout the house. Unfortunately, we didn't have internet at all for just under 2 days. Very nice, we would come back!

Serenity. Authenticity. Purity. Our family had a delightful stay at Carlo and Stefania’s place, which is set in a charming farming landscape. The view of olive and fig trees and the rolling sunflower hills provided a serene backdrop for our stay. The attention to detail, elegant design, and high-quality amenities added an effortless convenience to our experience. The daily routines included a short drive to the beaches, with cafes, shops, restaurants and local markets nearby. Our communication with Carlo and Stefania was also timely, open and complete. We can certainly recommend this place to those who value a genuine, traditional Italian vacation experience at the Adriatic Sea.

Daniela is a super lovely host, she went to a lot of trouble and picked me up from the train station and then drove me back to the train station. She also showed me the surroundings at the beginning and gave me tips for excursions. You felt very well taken care of by them and just like at home :) The sea was easily accessible in about 20 minutes on foot. Thank you for the wonderful time, dear Daniela :)

Mirco’s place had everything you need and more and was very clean. Walkable to the beach and to a nice restaurant just down the road. Mirco was very responsive and helpful he even drove my boyfriend and I from the train station to the house. His wife left a tart which was a delightful surprise for the beginning of our stay.
