Welcome to Huvikumpu! Here you will spend a relaxing holiday with your loved one, family or friends. The cottage is located 38km from the center of Kuopio, in a quiet location. The cottage has a kitchen-living room with alcove, a bedroom, an indoor toilet, a shower, a dressing room, and a sauna. In addition, a glazed terrace with infrared heaters and a hot tub in the yard (additional charge of 100 euros). Air source heat pump and municipal water. Large grass yard. The beach is shallow and partly sandy. (Swimming in late summer is a bit difficult) A rowboat and 2 SUP boards are available!

Spacious 50 m2 Luhtitalo duplex with sauna. The apartment is located on the ground floor; there are no stairs. The apartment has a large glazed terrace and a small yard. There is an air conditioner for cooling. The apartment is equipped to accommodate guests for both long and short stays. The apartment has, among other things, a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. The bedroom has a high-quality 160x200 king-size double bed, and the living room has a 90x200 sofa bed that can accommodate an adult. Private parking is included in the accommodation.

This great place is close to everything. The apartment is opposite the City Theater. From the balcony, you can also see Lake Valkeinen and, in summer, a fountain. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. Kuntolaakso indoor swimming pool, Olvi Arena and Kuopiohalli are within walking distance. You can walk to KYS in just over 15 minutes. There is a bus stop right next to the building. You can leave your car on the adjacent street or in the paid parking garage in Kuntolaakso. All textiles in the apartment are washed with fragrance-free detergents.

A high-quality and atmospheric log villa on the shore of Kallavesi. A quiet, beautiful place with a view of Kallavesi and close to nature. The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, electric sauna, shower, dressing room, toilet, air heat pump and a large fireplace.

The cabin, built from old smoke sauna logs, is located in the lake landscape of Savo, about 70 km from Kuopio. The property offers a simple, authentic and natural wilderness experience for couples and travelers seeking peace and quiet.

Here you can enjoy the heat of the wood-fired sauna and relax in the outdoor hot tub. In the apartment you have a 140 cm double bed, dining table, dressing room with washing facilities, toilet, fridge, microwave and kettle. The property also has a carport with electric car charging (extra charge). The apartment is located in the courtyard of a detached house, in a separate building. Good outdoor terrain for hiking and frisbee golf, among other things. Linens and towels will be provided, as well as a hot tub and sauna.

Cottage 55m² and a new 30m² yard building as well as a large terrace and barbecue area on the beach. Air heat pump and fireplace in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddle board and a rowboat, as well as Wi-Fi. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10e/person, final cleaning 80e extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

A huge terrace area connects the main cottage, the sleeping quarters and the pier complex with the jacuzzis on the beach and the lake surrounds everywhere. It's good to be here :).
