The "Les Dourioux" gîte is a peaceful, spacious and friendly haven. 10 minutes from La Draye (cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding), 35 minutes from the resorts: Les Orres, Crevoux, Réallon. Summer and winter hikes from the house. A place that is both surrounded by nature but close to the amenities of the town of Embrun and Lake Serre-Ponçon (10 minutes), to discover water activities.

Dining room for 34 guests, professional kitchen, bar, private cinema, games room and optional wellness area (jacuzzi). 200 m from the start of the slopes, ski back directly after 200 m of light off-piste. ⚠️ Late parties are not allowed when renting the Loft alone. To organize this type of event, the rental of the Cozy is mandatory!

The Little Cottage – Vars

Located in the heart of nature while being in the center of Les Claux, 100 m from the ski area and ESF. Very comfortable and quiet, it has been designed with space optimization. Very well equipped and cocooning: a bedroom (160 cm bed), an attic (160 cm bed) that children love above the bedroom (access by the "staircase shelves"). A very pleasant living room with a sofa bed for 2 and 2 benches/bed. Wood-burning stove, outdoor terrace. Facing south, very sunny!
