There are three separate bedrooms and with an open plan between the kitchen and living room for nice interaction around the fireplace. Fully tiled bathroom with shower, sink, laundry -and dishwasher and water toilet for a comfortable stay. Large terrace with double seating areas, both open sky and open sky. Only 700 meters to the sea with sandy beach, cliffs and diving towers. 3 km to Bullandömarina with archipelago restaurant, ice cream café and convenience store.

Cozy cottage near the waterfront on Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpse from both windows and terrace. Bathroom 200-300 meters from the house, both from dock and small beach. Peaceful but still with everything close. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to the city in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car. Small boat to hire and a bike can be borrowed to pedal up to the store and buy frulle!

Cozy Attefallshus (25 sqm) with its own terrace with grill and seating. Private parking. About 200m to the sea and the beach. Walking distance to lovely swimming lake. Bus stop 200 meters with direct bus to Stockholm, Slussen. Close to nature reserve (Björnö about 10 min car or bus) where you can rent kayaks, hike, swim. Note not perfect accommodation for small children as the loft bed and terrace can mean fall risk. Possible to hire 2 kayaks (adult size) at the property (however not 24 June - 24 July 2024).
