When we met Sandhya ji for the first time we immediately felt her warmth and kindness-it was as if we had known her from years. As we spent more time together, without realising it, she went from being Sandhyaji to Sandhya Kaku-not just a respectful elder, but a beloved part of our extended family. Sandhya Kaku (Aunty) is so energetic and kind that she took care of all our requirements right from arranging meeting with local people to taking us to various places. Offcourse the day we travelled was a holiday for her. At the time of check out, since we got delayed she on her own cooked a meal for all of us (4 people) and that was tasty. In a short span of 5 hours we have become part of her family so is her warmth. As regard the stay, the rooms are on 1 st floor and has all required amenities. The bed, sheets, towels all were spotless clean and the location is also good, given that the village is small. The beach is about 5 minutes drive. Overall a must stay place ,

This property was in a nice quiet neighborhood away from the city center. It was very convenient to two grocery stores. Nilesh and his family provided a great list of drivers and activities nearby to supplement the peaceful property. For those who have to work, the wifi was great!

This was my second stay at this amazing villa, and it was just as perfect as the first time. The space is beautifully maintained, with great facilities that made our stay super comfortable. I have an anxious dog & I wanted to make this trip for her birthday. The privacy because of the fenced villa & the very green lawn was just perfect for her. This place is right if you are looking for a quiet timeout from the city. The highlight for us was the green lawn, the spacious bath area, 2 seater indoor jacuzzi & access to the beach (5min walk). The caretaker was helpful. if you are looking to make few meals in the provided kitchen, there is Vinayak supermarket (find on maps) that lots of stuff & Triveni restaurant for food (pick up that caretaker does too).

Moses was a great host. He is always available for any recommendation, issue( if any) or any sort of guidance. The place is very homely located in a peaceful surrounding with all the necessary appliances. It's near the fort so all key sightseeing spots are also in close proximity. They have a gated surrounding which even my pet pug enjoyed alot. Overall it was a nice experience and will consider visiting again.

“Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. We loved the pool table so much that we just couldn’t get enough of it. The swimming pool, though only 4 feet deep, provided endless fun and relaxation. My sister celebrated her birthday here and has honestly never been happier. A special mention to the caretaker, whose determination and exceptional hospitality made our experience truly memorable. We can’t wait to visit again soon!”

We picked up this destination based on the reviews on air AirBnb and we were pleasantly surprised by what we saw on the ground and it was actually even better than that. Heetal and her partner are such phenomenal hosts, we could have never imagined that kind of hospitality, they took great care in our stay arrangements and especially cooking even simple meals with such detail and love, it was like being with family and friends. We had picked up this property because of our dogs and it is a dream place if you have pets and specially if dogs are hyperactive. This is a very big farmhouse, very secure with a solid and secure boundary wall and we could just let our dogs be in this setting. They really enjoyed it and it’s a great opportunity for us who are bringing up our big dogs in constrained locations and apartments. Heetal also gave us sone unique personal experiences like barbeque and a special local dish that we cooked earthen pots and with rustic settings. What we liked was that we were among nature and special experiences for us urban dwellers was like were sleeping in the open with clear starry nights( pl don’t miss when it is full moon), rise with yoga and just being at the fields planting trees, which was very special for my daughter. We have promised ourselves to keep coming back to this phenomenal hospitality and outstanding place! It is special
