Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), surrounded by nature, in the courtyard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people, and a baby/child's extra bed can be found if needed. The sleeping quarters have sleeping accommodations for two during the summer. Guests have access to a barbecue, paddleboard and rowboat. Additional fee for using the hot tub.

Tynnyrkivenniemi is located on the largest island in Finland, Soisalo, on the shores of the clear-watered Suvasvesi. From the gentle sauna on the beach, you can refresh yourself in the lake, swim in summer and in winter in the ice hole.

This stylish villa is perfect for a couple or a small family. The lake is the eighth cleanest in Finland and every window of the villa overlooks the lake. Two separate bedrooms and two toilets. The terrace is sunny all day and in the evening you can enjoy the sunset. Indoor sauna in winter and beach sauna in summer. Fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, espresso machine, etc. The property has geothermal heating and underfloor heating. There is also a fireplace oven in the building. The trail in winter goes past the house.

Small apartment with sauna.

The apartment is designed for a small family and it is also possible to work remotely thanks to its fast fiberglass connection it is located in a quiet location near the lake, not too far from the center of Varkaus it has a nice small covered terrace with a barbecue and seating for 4 people. The apartment also has its own small sauna and on request you can also get a children's bed that can be put in the bedroom or living room as needed and the sofa in the bedroom can be made into a 120cm bed.

This small log sauna cottage is located completely in its own peace by a lake. The sauna cottage has two simple wooden beds and a small kitchen corner. The separate sleeping cabin has a double bed (140cm). Lakeview from sauna and terrace. Käsinveistetty 1995 valmistunut 100m2 hirsimökki Saimaan rannalla. Rauhallinen miljöö vain muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä Varkauden keskustan palveluista. Kohde sopii hyvin niin viikonlopun rentoutumiseen, kuin pidempäänkin oleskeluun. Perus mukavuudet ja välineet ruuanlaittoon. Mökin yhteydessä erittäin tilava puulämmiteinen sauna. Pihalla oleva kota sekä grillikatos vapaassa käytössä. Mökki sopii ympärivuotiseen oleskeluun, mutta sydäntalvella kannattaa varata villasukat matkaan :)

The apartment is ideal for both short and long stays - for a business trip, vacation or temporary housing.

In the summer you can enjoy the scenery of Lake Sysmä and fishing by boat, paddle, or canoe. In winter you can go ice fishing right in front of the cabin.
