Beautiful luxurious home with all necessary for a lovely stay with family or friends! Wonderful garden and fireplace. Felt at home right away. Would definitely love to come back here in summer 😊

I only stayed one night, but it's a really cosy place. Very clean, the fire stove was awaiting me when I arrived, and Virginie gave a very warm welcome. I can definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful place, cozy house furnished with care. Communication with Lena went very well. An issue with the heating was resolved the same day. Unfortunately, only the washing machine did not work (but was not very bad for us). Doggy could come along. All with a very enjoyable stay.

The house is lovely, nicely furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen. During the winter months, the fireplace stove is welcome, we monitored our electric heating consumption so as not to exceed our budget. Guy is really a very nice and available host, and willing to help with any questions.

The place matches the description, even better! Very bright, pleasant, peaceful, spacious as well as the rooms... And this open fire!! We took full advantage of it ;-) Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the outdoors with the bad weather but it must be very nice to be able to enjoy the terrace as well as the green space! Beautiful hikes can satisfy the most knowledgeable hikers! We were warmly welcomed by the host who is proactive, pleasant and cool (thank you for the Belgian chocolates ;-) ) Recommended gîte! Very nice hospitality from Fanny and her little family. We felt right at home in this cozy cottage where everything was there to make our stay a real disconnection in comfort. I spent three days in the days in the apartment. It is perfectly located to explore Rouen. Although you don't need a car in Rouen, the parking space was very convenient (directly beside the door to the building) and the instructions for getting there were very precise. Mathilde met me a little early (as i had messaged her that i arrived erly). she gave me a thorough tour of the apartment. Everything worked well, including the washer. The shower was wonderful, lots of hot water and good pressure. teh courtyard keemps the apartment quiet despite being in a. lively section of town. Overall no hesitation about staying here again.

Pleasantly surprised when the impeccable hygiene, especially the surprising accommodation hot tub but a nice discovery. Nothing missing. I would recommend it.

The apartment is bright, very well equipped and pleasantly decorated. Big plus: it's 2 steps from the sea! We were able to watch beautiful sunsets from the living room windows ☀️ it is conveniently located for visiting the Baie de Somme and its surroundings. Beautiful walks to do in Ault too. I recommend it in a second ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

we had a great time with friends. a cocoon-like haven of peace we'll be happy to go back! the barbecue and fire pit are really a plus in good weather.

We arrived independently easily, in super welcoming accommodation. We were 4 couples and a child and the accommodation was very nice and functional. The environment was quiet and close to the sea. Pros: - the charm of the house and Magali's hospitality - the proximity of walks, the sea, the petanque court and children's games - the garden with barbecue and large table -cleanliness - the amenities - the spaces (large living/dining room + a veranda + a large vestibule) The -: - the very narrow and steep staircase to access 3 out of 4 bedrooms -many low beams require you to lower your head on the upper floor so as not to bump into them But we really recommend this place and we had a lovely time there. Thanks to Magali for her trust.

Beautiful and exotic location. Ideal for a summer and winter family weekend. The facilities are very clean and everything is perfectly functional. 15 min from the sea. I recommend it without hesitation.

Carine is a great host, communication before and after was very good. The house is charming, in the heart of the forest and a few minutes' walk from the beach. It has everything you need for a pleasant time with your family in a quiet location. The house is very clean and spacious.

We had a lovely stay. The house is a great light space, plenty of room, good sized beds, lovely terrace and big garden with swing, slide and tree house. Feels like being in the forest. Big airy lounge and seperate TV/playroom Kitchen well equipped, good big BBQ. Garden secure behind large electric gates.Isabelle responsive and helpful recommendations. Hotel next door great view for a glass, and food decent if you don't fancy the walk to the village, where there is a great restaurant. The local beach is quite a steep path but is stunning with the tide out, lots of sand, swimming, rock pools. It is tide dependant, so have to time to avoid pebbles, but lots of sand if you time sensibly. Beautiful peaceful location. Not perfect or pristine, but that is fine by us with two toddlers, and great value. Looks even better than the photos. Would happily return.

Huge garden with boules court (boules included!) bbq and pool. Villa itself stunning, spacious and v well equipped. Great laundry room. Village pretty with wonderful, welcoming boucherie. Abbeville handy and St Valerie full of great and varied restaurants. V pretty. Trip up the Somme valley a must. Finally thanks to Phillippe who was a great host. We would love to return some time.
