There are a very less places which I've been able to call the best and Bijo's place is one that list. The check-in was smooth, place is very peaceful, good and safe parking, well stacked kitchenette and definitely clean. Bijo is definitely a great host , very well spoken and considerate which is rare. Happy to have stayed here and will be back again and again and again.

I had a fantastic stay at Sanskriti's place! She is an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host—always checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and offering great local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The property itself is spotless, well-maintained, and very secure, which gave me great peace of mind. The Wi-Fi was also excellent—super fast and reliable, perfect for both work and streaming. Trevor's place exactly matched the photos on the listing page. Very neat, clean apartment with spacious living room and bedrooms, adequate furniture, and good linens. Trevor had shared detailed video explanations prior to our reaching the place about how to get in the society premises, where to locate the parking and how to find the keys for self-check-in. The overall check-in process was very smooth. I had a pleasant and quiet stay, I will certainly be staying here next time I come to South Goa.

I had a great stay! Ritu was friendly and very responsive, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. No issues at all. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

The property is well maintained and good, location is good but we find difficult to locate but once reached we love the location as number of restaurants good one around the property….we had good time and it has everything one need during short stay. I recommend all this property n will come again soon.

WYSIWYG - This is what it was like. Whatever posted was available in reality. No hidden surprises Keerthy, was always available - she was just a ping away and was communicating through chat/phone. Helping staff was well behaved and very supportive. Accommodation was well maintained and clean. Location might be a bit dampener but with nice A/C working and curtains pulled it doesn't affect much. Good restaurants are at a walking distance. Beach is on a 5 minutes drive with good options of shacks and good food being served. Keerthy was always approachable and suggested good places when requested for. Minus the location rest everything is 10/10. Location doesn't matter a lot, as most of the time one would be away and outside.

So greatful to stay at The Cardo Comforts. Mr. Antonio picked and dropped me to local eateries and waited for me until I finish my shopping and helped me to find out a good bag to carry my things. Spacious 2bhk Good ventilation Furniture,kitchen setup, washing machine all things are in good condition Good and responsible host, throughout communicative If you’re planning to visit both south and north goa you can consider staying here. It’s kinda in middle 50 from south and 40 from north.Nearest beach is 6 kms from this property. Overall worth staying since price was on lesser side and got all we needed in a house for our south goa trip.

Bosco is an amazing host, very kind courteous and helpful. Takes good care of his guest and always around if they need any help. Recommend this place for anyone who wants to live in South Goa. Prime location, amazing joint terrace, swimming pool etc. Thank you so much Bosco.

This was a cosy home, we felt very comfortable here and it was a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay

Lovely place with a great caretaker and responsive host. It is a little difficult to find but you can call them to guide you to the place. Most beaches are at least 15-20 minutes away. Blinkit and Zomato work well enough to order any essentials. Best bet would be to rent a scooty since getting cabs was difficult. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and the caretaker came in daily in the morning to clean up. The jacuzzi is very small though, you're better off using the pool just make sure to ask them to clean it up a bit since the debris from the trees above keeps falling in so it might be a little dirty. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils and spices but the milk in the fridge was expired which we realised after consuming it so do double check. Make sure to order breakfast from this place called Dosa and Podi, they have the best food. Overall it's a pretty nice place to stay at with a group.

A friend and I stayed in this flat for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was as nice as it appeared in the photos and had a very nice layout and design. The place is very bright thanks to south-facing windows and a great skylight that let all of the sun in. We were pleased to use the amenities. There's a nice filter for always fresh water, along with various appliances in the kitchen that made our stay easy. An induction hotplate and the necessary pans made breakfast a cinch. I also made daily use of the toaster and kettle. The immediate area where the property is located doesn't appear to have a lot going on, but that was a great for me, as it was a very quiet area. It's not a long walk up to one of the main roads where you'll find a bigger selection of restaurants. There is a small market on the main floor, very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again on another visit to Vagator.

The place was really beautiful, and everything was squeaky clean. We had a great time using the jacuzzi fitted in the washroom and also the infinity pool provided by the building on the fourth floor. I would recommend everyone to book this particular unit for their stay in North Goa moving forward. From the furniture to the hygiene to the amenities, everything is perfect.
