Vacation rentals with a patio in Varaždin County

Odlično smo se provele u villi Ivka. Sve je bilo kao na slikama, kuća je čista i udobna i s prekrasnim pogledom na okolnu šumu. Uživale smo u miru, tišini, jacuzziju i sauni :)

Proveli smo odličan boravak u ovoj kući za odmor za proslavu Nove godine! Posebno su nas oduševili jacuzzi i sauna – idealni za opuštanje. Kuća je čista, udobna i odlično opremljena, a domaćin izuzetno ljubazan. Toplo preporučujemo svima koji traže mir i luksuz. 5⭐️

Logement parfait! Très grand lit confortable et de haute qualité. Logement magnifique et équipements hauts de gamme (lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge, etc....) Superbe salle de bain. Trsè silencieux et paisible. Une vraie place de parking privée fermée sur la propriété. Chauffage au sol. Varazdin est à une heure de route de Zagreb et proche des frontières de la Slovénie et de la Hongrie (notamment les termes d'Heviz au sud du lac Balaton). La ville a taille humaine est très agréable. Marko est un homme très bienveillant et charmant. Tout a été parfait. Le top de tous les logements depuis mon inscription sur Airbnb. Bien évidemment, si nous devons revenir à Varazdin, hors de question que ce soit ailleurs que chez Marko. Et en plus c'est là bas que l'équipe de France de Handball s'est qualifiée pour les 1/4 de finale du championnat du monde!

Jubilarna fir ever! The bed is great!!!! It was a refreshing Croatian hospitality, mosty unknown in other parts of the world. It pays off in long run, we spend months each year in your lovely country.

We had an amazing month-long stay at this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a long stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. One of the best parts was the location. It was in a quiet area but had easy access to the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring, dining out, and running errands. The hosts were incredibly welcoming. Overall, we highly recommend this place for both short- and long-term stays and would definitely stay here again!

Auf der durchreise für 2 Nächte. Mann muss die Ruhe wollen. Wir fanden es herrlich aber 2 Tage reicht. Abenteuerliche Anfahrt. Bergauf mit sehr schmaler Teerstraße. Haus ist einfach aber sehr gemütlich. Gewinnt durch den Whirlpool. Nette Nachbarin bei der man auf Vorbestellung von ca. 24 Stunden sehr gut essen kann. Überraschungsmenü😊. Die Vermieterin war auch per sms gut erreichbar. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Die Kommunikation mit Martin war superschnell und durchweg freundlich – so wünscht man sich das! Die Wohnung selbst ist superchic eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Besonders das Badezimmer ist ein echter Hingucker und die private Sauna war definitiv ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Auch der Fernseher mit Internetzugang und den guten Boxen zum Musik hören hat für gemütliche Abende gesorgt. Die Unterkunft liegt herrlich ruhig mitten in den Weinbergen – perfekt zum Abschalten. Wir waren dort größtenteils ungestört, bis uns der freundliche Nachbar Paul mit eigenem Weinbesuch überraschte – ein schöner Moment mit tollen Gesprächen! Auch unser Hund hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt, sowohl in der Wohnung als auch draußen. Wandern oder andere Aktivitäten sind direkt von der Unterkunft aus eher schwierig, aber ein kleiner See in der Nähe bietet eine schöne Möglichkeit für Spaziergänge. Wer Ruhe und Entschleunigung sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
