The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need for life. Comfort is enhanced by a large balcony with furniture and a separate private entrance. The nearest place on the Emajõgi river is only a 15-minute walk away. There are scenic views and several swimming spots around the river. In addition to the Emajõgi river, there is an ERM and an upside-down house near the apartment. Beautiful town hall and city center just 10 min drive away.

Here you have the opportunity to spend your day in nature, enjoy the warmth of the sauna, make a campfire and then grill over the embers, sit on the terrace and listen to the birds singing. 3 magamistoaga maja koos kümblustünni, aurusauna, tavalise saunaga. Vaikne piirkond. 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel Tartu kesklinnast. Majas on olemas saunarätikud 12-le. Kohvimasin täidetud ubadega. Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
