Studio cosy avec balcon à deux pas de Paris Grand studio de 30m2 au 2ème étage, avec salon, cuisine séparée, salle de bain, WC séparé. L’appartement est agréable et lumineux avec une grande baie vitrée donnant sur un large balcon. Idéalement situé : à deux pas de Paris et du Parc des Expositions. A 5 minutes du métro ligne 13 et gare SNCF. A quelques mètres de la belle place de l’église, avec ses restaurants et cafés et commerces. Ainsi que du très paisible Parc Frederic Pic.

The Parc des expositions is at 5 minutes walk; The metro station MALAKOFF / PLATEAU DE VANVES line 13 (direct Champs Elysees / Arc de Triomphe) is at 10 minutes walk. Very calm environment. Apartment ideally placed to visit Paris and / or to go to the various manifestations of the Parc des Expositions Paris-Versailles and the Palais des Sports.
“Just a little outside the the city of paris you’ll find this adorable apartment. The entrance to the flat vs the flat itself are completely opposite and I am very grateful for that. It served its purpose & we felt very welcomed & françois was very communicative which was extremely helpful! Would definitely recommend!”

“This was a great place! The Bus and metro train were about 500 ft from the house and very easy to use!We were able to check in early which was amazing. The host answered every text and email almost as soon as I sent it, overall, I’d say it was an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10... very nice place, clean, stylish and also close to many local grocery stores.”
