Vuonna 2021 valmistunut mökki on rinnetontilla omassa rauhassa. Mökissä on sähköt mukaan lukien sähköllä toimiva ilmalämpöpumppu sekä juokseva lämmin vesi. Tämän lisäksi mökki on varusteltu nykyajan mukaisesti. Nopealla wifi yhteydellä sekä säädettävällä työpöydällä saa mukavasti tehtyä myös etätöitä mökillä. Mökki on käytössä ympäri vuoden.
