Short detour from 45th and you are in a quiet residential area surrounded by wonderful nature. The house is a cozy and cozy holiday home. A beautiful garden surrounds the house and there is also a barbecue area, greenhouse, dining area and an outdoor kitchen. One large glassed-in patio is located on the back of the house. Four-legged guests are also welcome and there is also a dog yard. In the basement of the house there is a sauna and shower/wc basement.
