New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen area with fridge, stove, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! In the cabin there is a 140 cm sofa bed and a sleeping loft with two 90 cm mattresses. Up in the sleeping loft it is 89 cm from floor to ridge. The cozy corner with sofa and TV has drapes that can be drawn during the night. The cabin is located on the owner's property.
