Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open from May until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

Med hänförande panoramautsikt över glittrande vatten väntar detta bekväma boende med läge utöver det vanliga. Slå er ner på altanen och njut av en obeskrivlig solnedgång över vattnet från jacuzzin, ta ett svalkande dopp från den egna bryggan eller ett värmande bastubad under kyliga kvällar. Här bor man lika bekvämt året om och det finns alltid något att uppleva! Lata sommardagar, svamp- och bärrika skogar, ljudlös båttur med elmotor och naturnära motionsmöjligheter. Möjligheterna är oändliga!

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Välkommen till insta @Frykstaladan. Den ligger 50 m från den sagoomspunna sjön Frykens södra ände. Detta unika boende har en helt egen stil som har vuxit fram under de fem år som vi byggt om ladan. Högt i tak och gott om utrymme både inne och ute. Allt är nytt och fräscht. Perfekt ställe för vila och rekreation. Nyrenoverat fritidshus precis intill sjön Örlen. Runt huset löper en stor altan där det finns flertalet ställen att slå sig ner på för att följa solen runt huset. Mot sjön finns spabad, utedusch, loungesoffor solsängar samt en matgrupp. Här får alla plats! Invändigt renoverat i modern stil. Kök och vardagsrum i öppen planlösning med bl a matplats, vinkyl, braskamin och flertalet sittplatser. Två sovrum varav ett med dubbelsäng och ett med våningssäng. Ytterligare sovplatser finns på loftet.

Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Stunning lakehouse - 25 min from Goteborg airport

Enjoy the nature right next to lake Torskabotte in Tollered. Rent a small cozy lakehouse, on a half island with everything you may need for a nice get away. Perfect for two. Please note! You can rent bedlinens and towels for a fee, or you can provide it for yourself if you wish. You can't follow a GPS to our cabin. Write to us to get the right directions. In the lakehouse there is a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a view over lake Torskabotten.

Egen liten stuga på 52m2 + 25m2 loft och stor altan med utomhus bubbelbad för 6 personer. Mycket modert och fint boende för sig själv med värden i eget hus på tomten. Egen parkeringsplats med plats för 3 bilar. I direkt anslutning till vänern och 12km bilvägen in till stora torget Karlstad. Liten eka med elmotor finns att tillgå om så önskas. Har man egen båt med sig kan man lägga den vid bryggan. Sommartid kan man få låna mindre båt med elmotor (se bild)
