Vacation rentals with beach access in Vänern

This is a really excellent place. The apartment was really nice, clean, and cosy. The host had made excellent descriptions, and they were really nice. The surroundings were also really nice and quiet. There were many places to walk, a lot of nature. There are only positive things to say about this place :)

A perfect accommodation for two. Wonderful view.. beautiful surroundings. A home. Comfortable bed, easy to cook simple food. Hanging out on the balcony, seagulls, the sea... people and eating shellfish... lots!

This is a cottage with a modern feel but still warm and homey. Everything is very well-equipped – there are kitchen utensils, air conditioning, plenty of beds, a perfect lawn and a road that leads directly down to the lake. It was even better than we had expected! We really hope to have the opportunity to return to this beautiful accommodation in the future.

If you're looking for peace in a beautiful property, you've come to the right place. A real joy. Askersund is a few miles away. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket. We only stayed one night during our road trip, but we had time to enjoy the accommodation. The double bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is large with a view of the woods. If you want to cook, the kitchen is very functional and suitable for cooking meals. Feel free to book.

We were a group of 10 friends from different countries and came for a long weekend together. We had a great time at Annika and Jonas’ place. Their house is beautiful and well arranged, modern but still with the vibes from its history. The house and its surroundings have many amenities (hot tub, sauna, kayaks, …) and it was great to be so close to the water and nature. It’s also easy to do groceries in the nearby town. Going by public transportation may be possible but a car would be recommended. I can only highly recommend this house for a group of friends or with a family. We loved it!!

Hospitable and pleasant hosts. Good communication. Cozy house in quiet surroundings along the Gøta Canal bike route. Took the opportunity to look at the properties' jetty. Incredibly great place. Recommended.

Really a home and a view that immediately creates a lot of enthusiasm. The space, the tranquility, beautiful house and really beautiful views, make it an ideal vacation spot! In addition, if you love nature, you will be fully satisfied. Nice to be able to use the canoes! It was a top week at a top location.

The house was large, with two lovely large bathrooms and good beds/mattresses. The kitchen was well equipped and with a good fireplace. The house is located with a beautiful view of a water and you see an old church at the end of the water. Lovely beautiful, peaceful and harmonious view. Nice hiking opportunities in the woods right on the other side of the road. Very nice little hike through the forest with irr green moss, and a lovely view of water, forest and sky at the top. If we had more time, we should have walked more along possibly around the water and looked at the cute Swedish living rooms and farms around the water. The place and location was as described.- We liked it and felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, there were some cleaning issues and you might want to consider whether cleaning by vacation guests is the best solution.

Kitchen equipped beyond expectations. Clean and tidy, incredibly nice apartment. The outdoor area was absolutely great with a lovely little garden. Friendly and service-minded host, beautiful surroundings. Rental bikes so we can get around without a car. Recommended!

We had some amazing days in Kungshamn. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a view of the sea. Absolutely beautiful home, and we would love to come back.

I had a wonderful time here! Karin gave me a lot of tips, was always there for a nice conversation. She's a very lovely person ☺️ Unfortunately, time passed too quickly. I would have liked to stay longer, unfortunately my time in Sweden is just limited, so I continue to travel. But I will definitely come back! Very nice accommodation for two people. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and train station. Parking by the residence, a little crowded but worked with a between large car.
