A very nice city apartment, clean and tastefully decorated, very quiet and yet very centrally located. We always liked to "come home," whether in between for a break or in the evening, we always felt very comfortable and also liked to spend time in the apartment. The reception by Kévin was warm, the communication with him very easy and uncomplicated. We can highly recommend the apartment:)

We had an exceptional stay at Sylvie and Jean-Noël's. The hosting was very warm, our hosts were able to make themselves available and attentive to our needs. The apartment is well equipped, which greatly contributed to our comfort. The location is ideal, you can see the park of the nursery from the window. We also really enjoyed the apple juice, a delight. We would highly recommend this place and I think we'll be back during our next stay in Nancy. Thank you again for hosting us and happy holidays. Nice apartment in the attic, cozy and functional, very well-equipped and spacious. Excellent location on a quiet street close to many shops and close to Nancy Old Town on foot. Noémie is very friendly and very responsive if needed. The only drawback for some people is that the apartment is on the third floor. The apartment is perfect for a long-term stay.

Ideally located apartment, at the crossroads of all the beautiful places in Nancy city center. Station at 10min walk. Simon is both responsive and precise in his directions. Quality bedding, tree view and perfectly quiet building. In short, I recommend it.

I want to thank our host who first welcomed us very warmly, who concerns the accommodation nothing to say it remains a place where we are very good in it and which was very clean when we arrived I recommend to all people who want to visit Nancy because it remains very accessible with public transport that can be found a few meters from the accommodation. For our next visit to Nancy I will be where to speak again a big thank you to Adam and his wife who welcomed us 🥰

My stay in this place was very pleasant. I would highly recommend it especially for students like me. In addition to comfort Catherine is available and warm. thank you, looking forward to coming back to this place! good location, fully equipped apartement. There were even slippers ready for us and a lot of clean towels in the bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped. A safe place to park the car which a huge plus.

There is no better orr for a vacation in Nancy. The host is very accommodating, the area very nice and quiet. Lots of greenery. The apartment is very comfortable, everything as you see it in the pictures. Especially the kitchen in the conservatory is very nice , equipped with everything you need. There is a great bakery around the corner, highly recommend it. A supermarket is also just a few minutes away. You can get to the city either by bus or on foot, about 20 minutes. It couldn't be better. Definitely recommended

We spent three nights with a friendly couple in the apartment. We particularly liked that there were two separate bedrooms with large French beds, the location was very quiet, but still very central, so we could reach all important places on foot and the furnishings were modern, cozy and extensive. The apartment is not cheap, but definitely worth the price.
