Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Vanderburgh County

It’s very clear that a lot of love went into renovating this historic home. There is so much charm! The beds were cozy and the bathrooms were lovely. We will happily stay there again in the future.

The shower is non slip. There are hangers in the closets. The beds are comfy. Everything is odor-free. There's an outdoor fire pit. The neighbors are pleasant. Everything works. A+

This is a very roomy place within walking distance of sevral entertainment and eating options. Also a short drive to the zoo.

A big thank you to Suzan as the property manager for making our stay special. My family of 6 stayed here for almost 5 weeks while waiting to close on our house. This place has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It is clean, reasonably well-located (near Eastland Mall) and pretty well equipped. The flooring and kitchen range are new as of summer 2022. There is a fenced in back yard with a patio and some chairs to hang out. On the left side, you get a decent sized garage for extra storage. There was plenty of space to store your belongings for a longer term stay. You'll find that Suzan and the owners are friendly, generous and responsive. They were pretty quick about helping to make repairs and make replacements as needed. The neighbors were also friendly and offered to help us many times. Amazing people to work with !

We loved our stay. The space has nice energy and is decorated well. The area is really pretty so we spent a lot of time walking around the neighborhood and by the river. Sean let us check in early and I really appreciate hosts that don’t throw fees at you every chance they get. 10/10 recommend this place and we hope to stay again soon.

We had an amazing stay! The studio was fantastic, especially that chair and light, which made it perfect for reading. Kale was incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations for places to explore. The convenience of everything was also a huge plus. If the weather hadn’t been so cold this past weekend, we could have easily walked to all the attractions. I’m already planning to return to enjoy the studio and the surrounding area when the weather improves. The rooftop is so charming and cozy. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Melissa’s house! The home was immaculate, smelled great, and was stocked with everything one may need! We loved how walkable it was too- food and entertainment just a block away and also right next door. I’d stay again and recommend to everyone 💓

We enjoyed our stay at Dewey's Boutique Apartments. Yvonne was a great host!! Very friendly!! We were the first ones to stay in this particular unit..everything was so fresh and brand new!! There was still a little bit of construction going on in the building but the people doing the work were very polite and respectful. I've worked in construction on and off for 23 years and I have NEVER heard people be so quiet with power tools!! Overall...amazing people!!

This is a quaint little place right downtown in Evansville. Easy access to everything especially for downtown dining and concerts/events. Great for a quick weekend getaway.

What a beautiful home and wow did we love it! So lovely, creative and clean clean clean! They also did such a beautiful job decorating for the holidays it made us feel so at home. We loved walking to the restaurants and coffee shops. We loved how it was close to everything. The neighbors were so nice as well. Nick and Brett were just the perfect hosts and made our stay worth every penny. We would recommend this beautiful house with the highest thumbs up.

Great alternative to nearby small hotels with more character and space, walking distance to river walk and to coffee shops, downtown restaurants…this is an older home and the Airbnb is up a flight of stairs (which we preferred, not for everyone).

Man Logan was awesome, responded when I needed him, this place was as described super close to the gym best place I’ve stayed so far.
