pet friendly, 3 Queen Beds, fenced yard cottage

BenjaminRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Great location in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed watching the planes take off from the airport while sitting in the backyard (never bothered us when we were indoors.) Huge backyard was our favorite part, we had a fire in the fire pit and sat in the gazebo when it was sprinkling. Inside felt spacious and everyone had room to spread out. Looking forward to staying here again when we come back to Evansville.
The exterior of the house features a brick façade and two prominent columns flanking the entrance. Lush greenery, including blooming bushes, surrounds the pathway leading to the door, which is framed by light-colored trim. A clear blue sky completes the inviting outdoor setting.

This was a quick stop for us on the way back from the Gulf to Michigan. We needed a hot shower and a good nights rest before getting back on the road. So glad we found Tyler’s place! The house is very spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We definitely will come back next time we’re in town to visit family near by!

Comfy 4BR retreat w/backyard & patio-Sleeps 6

TaylorRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We were in town for a wedding at the O’Day Lodge and this was the perfect location! Quiet neighborhood. Only street parking, but we had no issues getting 2 spots right in front of the house during our stay. Very clean, very responsive host. The backyard was very small and mostly gravel so not ideal for our dog, but there is a great dog park a short drive away. Overall I would recommend to anyone visiting Evansville!!

The Flats at Keystone | Luxury 2B/1B | Unit 6145

AmberRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We stayed for 3 1/2 months at the Flats of Keystone. The area is well situated - close to shops, sports complex, gym and restaurants. The flat was great - plenty of room to move around, furniture was comfortable and it was super clean. Kellie was really helpful and always quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is easily walkable, and I enjoyed walking at the sports complex. I highly recommend the Flats at Keystone - you will not be disappointed!

The Cozy Corner - Dog friendly! NO cleaning fee!

AmberRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
If you’ve ever wanted to sleep inside a Pinterest board, this is your chance. Every room gently screams “gather”—which I did, mostly my thoughts and throw pillows. Undeniably warm and cozy, like being hugged by a farmhouse-themed Hallmark movie. The location is clutch—just steps from Penny Lane Coffee, where I found caffeine strong enough to forget I was being judged by 14 decorative signs telling me to “live, laugh, love.” Would I stay again? Yes, you freaking bet I would.

Historic Haynie's Corner Hideout

KammyRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Beth’s house is truly lovely — one of the well-loved gems consisting of newly renovated older homes in the EVV downtown area. It was clear that the house was loved, carefully decorated (we loved the edgy urban but also traditional chic), and it was fully equipped for our family of four. We loved the proximity to the river, downtown, restaurants. I read in one review that the neighborhood was “still transitioning”, so wanted to briefly address this, as I grew up here and know the neighborhood well: The location on Monroe Ave felt central to downtown, surrounded by a mix of young professionals, families, and “older” folks as neighbors. Never once did we feel threatened or worried for us or our two kids who were frequently out and about. Beth was a very responsive host, promptly returning messages/calls, even for the dumb questions. This is truly the ideal place for anyone passing through who also wants to feel at home and cared for.

Hoosier Hospitality.

MarionRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was an awesome first time experience with AirBnB. I was originally concerned about staying somewhere other than a hotel, but this was very clean, even smelled clean when I checked in. This home was very cozy, the kitchen was packed with everything we needed to have home cooked meals, and the area was nice and quiet. I definitely recommend this location. 10 out of 10..seriously recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
