When we got to the Air bnb, it was so easy to get into the house with her keyless entry. The bedrooms were nice and roomy. We had enough towels, soap, toilet tissue, dishwashing soap, foil, dishes, ect… We also used the washer and dryer, they worked well. The air conditioner worked and kept us cool! The beds were comfortable. It was easy to use the internet. No complaints, we hope to stay in one of Chris’ home next year!

Raul was a great host! He was communicative before we booked and answered all of our questions. He was responsive to our needs and fixed any issues that arose. The place was great. Comfy furniture, great technology in each room, fully stocked kitchen. Overall, great stay!

we have stayed in dozens of airbnbs over the years, this was one of our favorites!! everything we needed to cook a few meals. a wonderful large table for feeding our university of evansville soccer players. a walkable adorable area. comfortable & well thought out amenities for guests’ needs. we added in extra nights the week before & the hosts were so flexible & communicative. it was a delightful weekend & we highly recommend staying here if you are visiting u. of evansville!! it’s perfection. thank you for making our weekend so memorable & wonderful.

Bailey's place was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean, great location, and perfect for our family's trip. Directions to the location were detailed, and check in was super easy. We would definitely stay there again!

Peaceful, comfortable and convenient place to stay. We slept well and had a great stay! I wish we'd had more time here because we didn't get to relax in the lovely garden or explore the art and history museum that was within walking distance. Our host made sure we had anything we needed and checking was smooth. They also suggested where to park due to storms-very considerate hosts! Lots to do within walking distance!

Rosie was the best host. Communicated with me quickly and I will definitely be staying again when I’m in town. Location is also perfect for anyone who is not familiar with Evansville.

If you’ve ever wanted to sleep inside a Pinterest board, this is your chance. Every room gently screams “gather”—which I did, mostly my thoughts and throw pillows. Undeniably warm and cozy, like being hugged by a farmhouse-themed Hallmark movie. The location is clutch—just steps from Penny Lane Coffee, where I found caffeine strong enough to forget I was being judged by 14 decorative signs telling me to “live, laugh, love.” Would I stay again? Yes, you freaking bet I would.

Very cute place, loved the decorations enjoyed the porch. Good for two -three people.

It was easy to book the place. Check in and check out were easy. I like the fact that everything needed was there. Sarah was a perfect host. Being there for my mom's emergency health issues, she tried hard to make the visit a stress free visit. I was very pleased and so was my family. If I needed to have another Airbnb in that city, I would gladly go back to this place. ❤️
