Great location in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed watching the planes take off from the airport while sitting in the backyard (never bothered us when we were indoors.) Huge backyard was our favorite part, we had a fire in the fire pit and sat in the gazebo when it was sprinkling. Inside felt spacious and everyone had room to spread out. Looking forward to staying here again when we come back to Evansville.

Beth’s house is truly lovely — one of the well-loved gems consisting of newly renovated older homes in the EVV downtown area. It was clear that the house was loved, carefully decorated (we loved the edgy urban but also traditional chic), and it was fully equipped for our family of four. We loved the proximity to the river, downtown, restaurants. I read in one review that the neighborhood was “still transitioning”, so wanted to briefly address this, as I grew up here and know the neighborhood well: The location on Monroe Ave felt central to downtown, surrounded by a mix of young professionals, families, and “older” folks as neighbors. Never once did we feel threatened or worried for us or our two kids who were frequently out and about. Beth was a very responsive host, promptly returning messages/calls, even for the dumb questions. This is truly the ideal place for anyone passing through who also wants to feel at home and cared for.

Absolutely fantastic stay. The home was perfectly decorated, new and fresh. The game room was great, The best feature of all was Bobby's communication with us. Checked in via email to make sure everything was great, gave local restaurant recommendations. He wanted to be sure we received a five start stay and we certainly did. We could not have been happier

The camper was so cozy & fun! My two friends and I had just enough space. We would highly recommend the farm experience! We loved getting to meet the piglets and baby goats! Definitely an air b&b to remember. They were great hosts and gave us such a thorough tour of the property and their farm! Such friendly people!

David's place was an absolute treat to stay at! Visiting family in town, it allowed the kids to be entertained! David made sure to be a phenomenal host and had snacks readily available to make you feel right at home. The sleeping arrangements were of an abundance, and the mattress quality was spectacular! We look forward to the many bookings we will acquire with in the near future!

The home is beautiful! The home has a very spacious, open concept floor plan , lovely decor, and very well appointed kitchen. My husband and I along with our adult children had a wonderful stay. The property is also beautiful and we were able to enjoy the lovely fire pit during our stay in December. Kimberly was truly a gracious hostess! We hope to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Dewey's Boutique Apartments. Yvonne was a great host!! Very friendly!! We were the first ones to stay in this particular unit..everything was so fresh and brand new!! There was still a little bit of construction going on in the building but the people doing the work were very polite and respectful. I've worked in construction on and off for 23 years and I have NEVER heard people be so quiet with power tools!! Overall...amazing people!!

We had a wonderful time in Nina’s historic home! The house was beautifully decorated yet spacious and comfortable. Taking in the space was exciting since homes simply are not built this way anymore! It was a treat to stay in an older home that also had all of the modern amenities we could need. There was a large backyard with cornhole and a fire pit. Plenty of tvs inside and a few games. The neighborhood was walkable and pleasant surrounded by other beautiful and interesting homes with kind neighbors. Nina was responsive to all of our messages and even included information and suggestions about surrounding restaurants and activities. We will certainly be return visitors if we come back to the area again! Thank you, Nina!
