Vacation rentals with lake access in Vanderbijlpark

Thank you for the time we spent in your beautiful home. We were a group of 9 and everyone was comfortable and home met all our needs. The surroundings were so peaceful and the game were a treat to see. We felt so blessed and privileged to spend a few nights in this amazing place. Thank you for the memories we have!

This is the best place in the Free State to relax! Everything exceeded our wildest expectations!! It is a beautiful place and spotless clean and neat!! We wanted to stay there forever!! Will definetly be back!!

The place was exceptionally relaxing and clean. Very good for a getaway relaxing break. Mari and the lady who manages the place were very attentive and non obtrusive. The house was cleaned and prepared daily. Would definitely recommend. We had a lovely time

Made a last minute booking and had the best time with my friends there. Vanessa was very responsive and the house itself is very beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. There are soo many games and things to do, we spent the entire weekend there and did not get bored at all. The place is equipped with everything you can think of! Amazing views.

What a beautiful and roamy home with all the necessary amenities to have a relaxed family weekend. The 5th room is an outside room and gave the young ones a bit of privacy from the "old people". We had a wonderful stay in a lovely peaceful neighborhood in a safe security estate, but with seamless access as arranged by the owner. There are plenty of bathrooms and enough room for all the guests to be comfortable and relaxed with absolute attention to detail in each space with all the luxuries you would need for a weekend of spoils away from home. We had a very special family breakfast and would count the days to visit this house at Vall Marina again in the summer to also fully enjoy the outside amenities in the warmer months.

My family and I enjoyed our stay - this felt like home away from home. The pictures didn’t do it any justice, the place is more beautiful in person. A safe haven indeed, from the busyness of the city. Everything looked amazing and perfectly located. The host was easily accessible and proactive, not to mention friendly and helpful.

accommodation world class. restaurant felt like i was eating pizza in Italy. activities, padel !! volleyball and the pools are incredible! fishing is amazing, water is beautiful Howard and his team are an absolute delight

Awesome views of the river and grapevine. Walking distance from the spa, restaurants and waterfront (for water activities).

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely weekend at Howard's place. The unit was clean and comfortable,We felt like we were in a hotel . The flexibility Howard offers in regards to checking in or out is also great, we had arrived late at night and he was very understanding of our situation. The unit is well stocked with the necessary cookware and crockery. My husband enjoyed fishing on the dam front and he even caught his first ever fish, which was very memorable. We had a great memorable stay and we plan to return again :)

We were attending a sports event in Sasolburg and this was a perfect base - easy 15 minute drive to the stadium and really lovely apartment and estate to return to after a busy day. Beautiful, well-appointed apartment, thank you Danie.

Pont de Val, is very peaceful and beautiful. Michelle's apartment is cosy, very clean and looks exactly the same as the pictures. The host is very responsive and helpful regarding insights on what to do in the area and any additional you need. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an incredible experience staying at the Bronkhors’s.The place was exactly as described (if not better) – spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive, from the cozy bedding to the fully stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area next to the Vaal dam. Liezel went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, providing clear instructions, helpful local tips on fishing. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. It truly felt like a home away from home.

I just like to say that the photos don’t do the accommodation justice. It’s so much more classy and homey! Better than expected. Host’s are so nice and friendly, for those that want to fish this is one for the books caught awesome fish on our two night stay. Will definitely come again.

Petra was friendly and very responsive and accommodating for our last minute changing schedule! Check in was smooth- someone had met with us to check in, as well as to check out! Space was well equipped for cold weather- lots of space for the 6 of is staying at her accommodation! If I had a boat and lots of friends to join me at the Vaal in summer this is definitely a place I’d want to stay in! Sadly didn’t get to use the pool but did make use of the bonfire/ braai pit that was in the private garden! Thank you for having us!
