Mr. Nihat is very helpful and well-intentioned. The location of the house was also very good because it was central. I recommend it.

Very close to city centre and shopping malls

We had a pleasant stay there. There is a 24-hour reception which is very convenient for check-in and check-out. The apartment is in a very good location, close to the center of Van. There is a kitchen but very few utensils (not even a plate) so difficult to use.

Ali’s apartment is spacious and beautiful with a peaceful view on the lake. He was super responsive, friendly and helpful before and during our stay. The kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms accommodated a group of 9 and we all left the place rested and happy. Supermarkets are within 150 m from the apartment and the hike/run to the lake, approx 3 km, is a great easy daily exercise. Thank you, Ali, for all your support.

We had a perfect stay! The house is very clean, comfortable, and everything is thought out. The location was great, very central and everything is a few minutes away. The host was very hospitable and helpful, quick to support with everything. We felt like we were at home. We would definitely like to come back. I would recommend it to anyone!
