The place is spotlessly clean and modernised. It feels as clean and new as no one has ever lived in. The appliances are clean and new. The decoration is superb. So happy that I found this place in Hanoi.

You get what you see in the pictures. Clean and beautiful house. All amenities were fabulous. The house had an air of comfort and belongingness. Tiffany is a fabulous host, always wearing a beautiful smile and extremely quick to response. The house and the amenities in the house are top class. Tiffany also booked us on Halong bay cruise and it was worth every cent inspite of the fact that the weather was overcast and it rained a bit. She was gracious enough to take care of the extra luggage whilst we were away for the overnight cruise. If one is looking for a homestay away from hustle bustle of the city and a host who is super sweet, accommodating, concerned and swift to response then this is the place to stay. It's worth every cent of the money and you will feel at HOME.

Cuong and his family are extremely kind and above and beyond helpful! Always messaged us back quickly and even kept us informed of local events in the community. Amazing host!

The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. Looks brand new in an upscale building with a nice restaurant on the first floor. I didn't use the building amenities but it has a good gym and pool. I stayed there for 6 weeks and the kitchen had everything I needed, the king size bed was very comfy and strong water pressure in the shower (my top 3). There are lots of shops and street food within an easy walk and more around West Lake. Lotte Mall is 3 blocks away with nice restaurants, a big grocery and would be competition for any mall in the US. Very quiet neighborhood with Old town a convenient Grab ride away (about $2). I did 4 street food tours, great way to meet other travelers and learn how to order and eat the local food. Ms Hoa is a gem. She was very proactive, preparing me for my arrival and checking on me. Though I didn't need to contact her often because I never had a problem, she always replied quickly to my requests for info or recommendations.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location, walk distance to everything but far enough from the craziness of the main streets.

Excellent sejour chez Hong de 3 semaines ! La maison est spacieuse, parfaite pour un sejour a deux (grande chambre avec king size bed, salon au 2eme etage pour des aperitifs, grande douche au 2eme etage). Cetait tres propre dans son ensemble. Maison calme le plus souvent car a l'abri dans une petite rue. Safe. Grande reactivite de Hong et accueil chaleureux, nous sommes restés en contact tout au long du sejour pour discuter des bons plans ou des conseils niveau transport etc. A 15min maximum du vieux quartier en taxi, 30min a pied. Nous n'avons que tres peu utilisé la cuisine par contre, un peu compliqué a l'étranger avec du materiel different, et finalement moins cher de diner dans la rue... Merci beaucoup Hong, nous y retournerions sans hesiter !!

Our time in this historic and beautiful apartment was very comfortable and authentic! We were delighted to have the chance to meet Ngoc's family and friends. She herself is so warm and friendly. She brought us a basket of beautiful oranges that were much appreciated.

The hosts are probably some of the nicest people I’ve ever spoken to and they were super helpful and incredibly quick and efficient with their communication. The place was fantastic and also remarkably clean. Would 100% stay again!!

La casa si trova proprio nel quartiere vecchio di Hanoi, in citta viene proposta una visita ad una casa a tubo, nella casa loc homestay vivi l'esperienza di viverci prorio dentro ad una casa a tubo. Il piccolo corridoio, che porta all'appartamento, inizialmente non fa ben sperare ma poi la casa dentro e carina e piacevole e sopratutto è molto caratteristico, tantissime carse della citta hanno vicoletti piccoli per arrivare all'nterno. la host e stata molto disponibile e ci ha formito molte informazioni sui locali intorno.

a proximité de nombreuses activités à pieds. nous avions loué les 2 maisons côte à côte ce qui était très pratique car nous étions 11. Thang a organisé nos transports A/R areoport et nous avons pu lui laisser notre linge.

Rosie’s place was so wonderful that my friends and I decided to stay for a couple extra days. Rosie was very welcoming and accommodating for our itinerary change. She included us in the first full moon celebration with delicious sweets and fruits delivered to our place. Thanks for included us Rosie. The only thing I forgot in my previous review was to mention how great it was to have a washing machine for laundry. Works well and very clean. Each room 101/201/301 have patios with furniture for sitting to enjoy coffee with friends. The top deck 301 was a perfect get together place for my friends and I. We spent a few hours here hanging out and enjoying the street views of Hanoi :-)

This is a stylish living space with a great view. The host is friendly and responsive. The Dong Da lakeside location is central and convenient. I always return here.

With best quality of kitchenware, 2 big bedrooms, various lighting, washing machine with dryer, it is great deal.

We enjoyed our stay here! It had everything we needed and really started to feel like home. The kitchen was nice, tv to watch, and a huge bed and room space. The only down side is that the hot water didn’t last very long. Other than that it was amazing!!!

Tất cả bát đĩa đều sạch sẽ, tủ lạnh khá to và bếp có ấm siêu tốc, lò vi sóng Toà nhà có bảo vệ và lễ tân ở tầng một, vì vậy rất an toàn và tiện lợi khi cần hỗ trợ check in vào đêm khuya. Có một vài siêu thị nhỏ ở tầng dưới, vì vậy nó rất tiện để mua sắm, ăn uống Khu vực xung quanh cũng rất tuyệt vời, gần công viên và hồ nước. Tuy chỉ ở 1 đêm nhưng đó là một chỗ ở tốt, chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình. Chắn chắn tôi sẽ quay lại.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place itself was clean, modern, and beautifully designed — definitely a step above many other places I’ve seen in Hanoi, especially for the price. It’s a fantastic value for money! What really made the experience special were the hosts. Jun, the co-host, was incredibly helpful, respectful, and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. She made sure everything went smoothly and was a true professional, yet so friendly and approachable at the same time. Thao, the other co-host, felt like family from the moment we met. She was so warm and welcoming, making me feel truly at home. It’s rare to find hosts who care this much about their guests’ comfort. Even her mother-in-law gave her adaptor for us to use. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi. Great location, excellent value, and two of the kindest, most genuine hosts you could ask for. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was just what we were looking for! Very modern and clean had all the amenities we needed (washing machine, dryer, Netflix) was also very spacious. The owner was very helpful with quick responses as we booked very late and extended our stay. Thankyou.
