An absolutely amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. This is a good price and value apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities, washing machine with drying, with enough utensils for cooking, microwave. The bed is big, the mattress is good, the linens are clean, the apartment is clean and tidy, the vase is nice. Value for money. I would love to stay for 1 week. The surrounding scenery is amazing, many restaurants eat. It's right near the lake, quiet fresh. I experienced the mineral bath service, it was very nice. I had a trip to remember. I would love to come back soon with my family to stay here.

This place is amazing. Outstanding views, very clean, everything was amazing. The host is the friendliest and most responsive host I’ve ever had, he is extremely helpful. This Airbnb was one of the better airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. With the views, and Ecopark, and the restaurants, I give this a 10/10 and would 100% rent it out again. I stayed for a month and it was super nice coming back from the bustling markets in old town to the peaceful Ecopark. If you have children there is a park across the street that stretches all the way down the lake. There are plenty of restaurants around that are extremely delicious and easy to order. The price, the host, and the area, make this stay a must. This is your sign to BOOK IT NOW. They have a soundbar, great tv, and every amenity you need. I loved it. Smelled clean and it was clean. Purified water tap, and convenience store downstairs. Elevator is spacious. Security downstairs at night and I felt safe. Stay here.

I had a wonderful experience at the Atutu family apartment! The space is very private and quiet, especially I enjoyed the sauna and hot mineral bath area – the body is completely relaxed, the skin is smooth and the sleep is extremely deep. Tastefully decorated, clean, fragrant apartment. Around there are markets, supermarkets, eateries, coffee, spas and parks with many green trees, lakes, very convenient to explore and relax. The location is easy to get around. The building has a free gym with full equipment. All the building staff are friendly and polite. The host is responsive, helpful. A warm, pleasant home away from home experience. Thank you Atutu, Fresh Pink for everything!

Beautiful Air BnB exactly as shown in the photos very clean and tidy. Setting in the park was lovely and relaxing and the apartment was quiet. Bath was the highlight for us and the pool a few buildings down! Lots of nice restaurants and cafes in the area too. Public bus to the old quarter only takes around 35 mins and costs around 45p! Mai was a perfect host, very responsive, lovely and helpful! Would highly recommend to anyone. Our stay was perfect to end our 5 weeks in Vietnam :)

I had a great stay at Mai Kenny’s place. It was modern and stylish with comfy beds and great view. Mai kenny deserves special mention for her being such a communicative and responsive host. She helped us related to tours and was very proactive. The location is very good, peaceful and beautiful but 30-40mins away from the city centre.

If you step outside the front doors of the building there are multiple convenience stores where you can grab your essentials. Looking across the road you will see a beautiful parklands with kids play equipment some nice bridges and lots of greenery. Take a right turn and walk about 500 meters and you will find plenty of food options with everything from fast food to restaurants. The accommodation fit our family of four although it would have been nice to have a room with two single beds for the kids but it was fine for what we needed. Mai Kenny was very responsive to messages and often responded within seconds. Mai also arranged for transport for us to get to the airport and made the whole process easy. The driver was very punctual which took the stress out of the airport trip. Thank you Mai for helping make our last night in Vietnam and easy and comfortable experience

This place was stunning!!! This looks exactly like the pictures, the view is incredible from the balcony and the lights dotted around the room make it look wonderful. Betty was also a great host, very clear on how to check in, responded quickly whenever I had a question. I also mentioned me and my partner were there to celebrate our engagement and Betty treated us with access to the buildings Japanese Onsen which I definitely recommend going to for and hour or two at least. The only issue I thought we were going to have would be the distance from Hanoi as it sometimes took 40 minutes to drive in but the place and how easily accessible it is to get a grab it was totally worth it! Thank you Betty!!!

A great place to stay to get some quiet but still be close enough to the city. Ecopark is quite beautiful with lots of parks to walk along side the river. The area is super safe and family friendly The apartment wqs clean and had everything I could need, even cleaning service once a week. There’s plenty of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. I highly recommend Mai’s place and would definitely stay here again if i’m in the area!

Really nice apartment! The location is great, especially if you have kids. Very nice area to have walks outside and there are some restaurants near by. Golf court 5 minutes walk from the apartment, cinema near by and a great park with animals such as a donkey, goats etc… All in all, very satisfied!

Our stay at Mai Kenny's place was super good, big and nice apartment, modern with nice views. Could have been more plates/kitchen utensils but otherwise there is nothing else to complain about. Great gym and pool, the spa is really worth a visit. Mai Kenny always responds quickly and is helpful. Recommend!

We had a lovely stay here. Fabulous view over the lake and greenery of the eco-park, towards the skyline of the city lights. It's a bit of a drive from the old city, but it was nice to come back to the peace and quiet of this area after a day of exploring. The facilities (pool and gym) are great and there are quite a few small supermarkets, many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, so you've got everything you need at your fingertips.

Absolutely fantastic apartment. very spacious, great views, really nice places to eat very close by. This is a beautiful apartment to stay in. I would highly recommend. Betty was very attentive and accommodating, 10/10 host and 10/10 apartment. If I’m ever back in Hanoi I will definitely be staying here again!

My 2nd time staying at this place. Cozy, lovely studio, with a nice balcony to chill at. This is like my 2nd home really. Thus far, I’ve stayed 7 nights here in 2 different trips.

Wonderful Stay at Betty’s Place! We had a lovely time staying at Betty’s property. The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Betty was an excellent host, very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether it was local tips or ensuring we had everything we needed, she went the extra mile. Everything was really wonderful! Linh went to hand because we wanted to check in faster and offered us a larger apartment that he had available earlier. The only thing that didn't match was the price of the pool, we were told that one resident pool ticket was free, and the rest of the guests at 150,000 vnd per ticket. In fact, we all had to pay after 177,500 for the ticket, for the resident there was only a 15% discount. It's possible that the pool scammed us

Trang’s house provides a calm and beautiful oasis to return back to after a big day of ducking scooters and eating Bahn mi. This felt like a truly authentic Hà Nội experience staying in this beautiful home. Everyone’s jaw dropped as we walked through this home on check in and took in the incredible space. Trang was always so polite and responsive and helped us with any questions we had. I hope I get to come back to Hà Nội and if I do I will be staying here again! Don’t get a hotel or somewhere lame or ugly, get a truly Hà Nội experience that is extremely gram worthy.
