Nice place for families with kids. Close to the beach. You can find nice paths for bike. A grocery store is close same as some restaurants.

We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

Ich war für eine Woche in Sykia und habe die Unterkunft sehr genossen! Sie liegt zentral in der kleinen Stadt Sykia unweit vom Meer und wundervoller Natur. Die kleine Wohnung war wie beschrieben und ausreichend groß. Nikos und seine Mutter sind sehr freundlich und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Me and my wife had a great stay in Toula's house. The hosts are one of the nicest people I've met during my vacations. Great location for people who want to have a peaceful rest. The room was very clean, with good furniture arrangement and a sea view balcony. The pizzeria owned by the hosts offers delicious pizza and drinks. The house is situated just on front of the widest beach in the region. There are also many beautiful surrounding small but not crowded beaches.

Klimatyczne miejsce,, urządzone z gustem i artyzmem. Stylowe meble i dodatki, inspirujące rękodzieło. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaży. Miło i relaksacyjnie spędzany czas na tarasie. Po plażowaniu można było skorzystać z prysznica na zewnątrz. Blisko sklepik, pizzeria i restauracja. Właściciele pomocni i sympatyczni😀

Was für eine wunderschöner Familienurlaub! Wir waren für 11 Tage in der Unterkunft in Sykia Beach. Die Kommunikation mit Guido verlief im Vorfold einwandfrei. Er hat immer schnell geantwortet, war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. In der sauberen Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind war die Größe der Wohnung absolut ausreichend. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr hübsch. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Fliegengitter an den Türen und Fenstern, da es viele Mücken gibt. Der große Wäscheständer war super um die nassen Strandsachen in der Sonne zu trocknen. Wir hatten großes Glück mit unseren Nachbarn, die super nett waren und mit denen wir uns sehr gut verstanden haben. Damit war die räumliche Nähe auf der Terrasse kein Problem. Die Lage ist wie von Guido beschrieben. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe ist groß und toll für Kinder. Total praktisch ist der kleine Supermarkt des Campingplatzes in der Nähe.
